Erin brings a calm, friendly, and quietly confident presence to life on board M/Y GREY B. With a wealth of experience across both private and charter yachts from 32m to 90m, she’s equally comfortable behind the scenes ensuring everything is pristine, as she is delivering warm, thoughtful service to guests. Having grown up with British and South African roots, Erin blends a strong work ethic with a naturally sunny disposition, that makes guests feel at ease from the moment they step aboard.
Her time at sea has taken her through Mediterranean summers, Atlantic crossings, and busy boss trips, where she’s often stepped up to take on senior responsibilities. Whether managing housekeeping, turndowns, service, or pitching in wherever needed, Erin does it all with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude. She’s known for her quiet reliability and approachable nature, ensuring each guest experience is seamless, relaxed, and beautifully taken care of, just as it should be.

Sam, originally from the coast near Ipswich, UK, discovered his passion for sailing at just six years old and has never looked back. With over 10,000 nautical miles under his belt, his sailing adventures have taken him everywhere from the chilly waters of Norway and Svalbard to the sunny Mediterranean, and even as far as New Zealand and Florida.
After enjoying a successful professional career for over 11 years as a Chartered Accountant and Restructuring Manager, Sam swapped office life for the open seas, turning his lifelong passion into a full-time career in yachting.
Sam holds his Yachtmaster Offshore, and Engineering qualifications in MCA (AEC) level 1 and 2, working closely with Captain Bruno, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly on GREYB. Always ready to lend a hand, you’ll find him on deck—where his experience and professionalism ensure that your trip runs smoothly and everything is on hand for your convenience. Sam loves a challenge, and his friendly, approachable manner makes him a hit with guests and crew alike. A keen sailor, he has a share in a sailing yacht back in Ipswich. Sam is a natural adventurer and loves the outdoor life; when he is not on the water, or diving below, you’ll find him in the mountains, climbing, skiing, or cycling.

With 16 years of experience, having worked in Michelin star restaurants, Sushi restaurants and as a private Chef, Diego is well used to creating and presenting cuisine to the highest of standards. Prior to joining yachting, he served top ranking officials in the British army and Royals at St, James's Palace, before transferring to work on a 42m yacht. Diego's passion for cooking began at the age of 15, when he studied at culinary school in San Sebastian, a city recognised for its gastronomy and unique culinary scene. He developed his craft whilst working at some of the finest dining establishments, including ’Galvin Restaurant’, London, the one Michelin star ‘Alameda Restaurant’, in his native Basque country, and ‘Roca Moo’ in Moo Hotel Barcelona, another Michelin star establishment, part of the Roca dynasty and supported by the famous three Michelin star ‘El Celler de Can Roca Restaurant’, in Girona.
Recently, Diego was awarded “Chef of the Year” at Aramark Defence Services Southeast and London Regional competition and was a finalist in the European’s Chef Cup.
Diego's passion for travel often takes him to some of the most exciting culinary spots across the globe, where he gets inspiration for his mouth-watering dishes.

Bruno has been sailing professionally since 2016, with a particular focus on catamarans. He holds several impressive qualifications, including the MCA RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, MCA RYA Yachtmaster Ocean (shore-based), and RYA Cruising Instructor (Sail), and is currently working towards his MCA Master 500GT. With a strong background in engineering, Bruno brings with him a wealth of experience.
Originally from São Paulo, Bruno grew up with a deep connection to the sea and from a young age, he was an avid surfer and spear fisherman. By the age of 18, he had bought his first boat, using it for fishing, surfing, and diving. This love for the ocean inspired him to leave Brazil and pursue an international yachting career.
This career has seen him take on roles such as Lead Skipper for a flotilla sailing company, crewed several 50+ metre sailing yachts , completed two Atlantic crossings and he has successfully run multiple charter seasons in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation in the industry for his positive attitude, hard work, and dedication to ensuring his guests’ happiness and wellbeing.
Bruno is highly safety-focused and passionate about teaching others how to sail, always eager to share his knowledge. Friendly, approachable, and attentive to every request, Bruno goes above and beyond to ensure nothing is too difficult or too much trouble. He takes great pride in his work and is committed to making your experience unforgettable.
