Over recent years, Elia has served as Captain on a range of high-end private yachts including the Squadron 58, Bluegame 48 and Lamborghini 63, navigating extensively throughout the Mediterranean, from Sardinia to the French Riviera, as well as operating internationally in Dubai. His role has gone far beyond navigation, encompassing full operational command, itinerary planning, guest experience management, and close coordination with owners, brokers and crew.
Elia also has direct experience on charter yachts, notably aboard a Pershing 76, where he was responsible for navigational watchkeeping, guest relations, and the overall smooth running of onboard operations. He has overseen shipyard periods and dry docks, managing maintenance works, technical inspections and refits with particular attention to detail and efficiency — a valuable asset in maintaining a charter yacht to the highest standards.
Before entering the yachting sector, Elia built a strong foundation as a Navigation / Deck Officer on vessels over 3000 GT, working with leading commercial operators such as Grimaldi Deep Sea, Ignazio Messina & C. S.p.A. and Cosiarma. These roles strengthened his expertise in safety management, bridge operations, crisis response and crew training. He has acted as Deputy Safety Officer and First Aid Team Leader, with hands-on responsibility for safety equipment, drills, crew familiarization and compliance with international regulations.
Fully certified with STCW, GMDSS, Medical Care, Advanced Firefighting, Radar/ARPA, ECDIS, and Leadership & Teamwork, Elia combines technical competence with calm decision-making and strong leadership skills. Before joining the yachting industry, Elisa built a solid career as a Digital Marketing and HR Manager, where she was responsible for staff recruitment and training, sales strategies, team coordination, social media management and event organization. This background has equipped her with outstanding communication skills, strong empathy, conflict resolution abilities and a natural aptitude for understanding and anticipating guests’ needs — all essential qualities for luxury charter service.
During the Summer 2024 charter season, Elisa worked onboard S/Y Paulena (23m) as Stewardess, Chef and Deckhand, where she was actively involved in guest hospitality, meal preparation, deck operations and daily onboard management. Her role required flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to seamlessly shift between departments, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests throughout the charter.
During the Summer 2025 charter season, Elisa worked onboard S/Y J Ikan (Advance A80 – 24m) as Stewardess, Deckhand and Chef, where her responsibilities include helming, cooking, guest service, deck assistance and general seamanship duties. Elisa has also gained valuable experience during shipyard periods and winter maintenance, further strengthening her understanding of yacht operations beyond the charter season.
Elisa holds STCW Basic Training, RYA Powerboat Level 2 with Commercial Endorsement, and HACCP certification, allowing her to confidently operate tenders, assist on deck and manage food safety standards onboard. Fluent in Italian and confident in English (B2 level), she communicates naturally with international guests, creating a welcoming, professional and relaxed onboard atmosphere.

Luca Menetto is a highly motivated Italian Deckhand with solid experience on both motor yachts and smaller vessels operating in the Mediterranean charter sector. Young, dynamic and extremely versatile, Luca combines strong deck skills with interior support and cooking abilities, making him a valuable all-rounder for busy charter programs.
Luca has worked onboard charter yachts up to 32 meters, including M/Y Lady Anta (24m Itama) and M/Y PAB (32m Admiral), navigating extensively throughout the Mediterranean. His duties have covered a wide operational spectrum, from mooring and unmooring operations (bow and stern) to anchoring procedures, bridge and night watch, and close support to the Captain during navigation.
In addition to his deck responsibilities, Luca has gained hands-on experience as Deckhand/Steward and Deckhand/Cook, actively contributing to guest service and onboard comfort. He is confident in tender handling, including 5-meter jet tenders, and in the use of water toys such as jet skis. His interior experience includes table service, housekeeping, provisioning management and galley support, with the ability to prepare meals and manage the onboard pantry efficiently — an appreciated skill set in the charter environment.
Before entering yachting, Luca worked as a professional commercial diver, carrying out hull cleanings on vessels up to 60 meters, anchor recoveries, underwater technical operations and marina services. This background has given him strong practical awareness of underwater maintenance, hull condition and safety procedures, adding further value to his role on board.
Luca holds STCW Basic Training, First Aid, Sail and Motor License up to 12 nautical miles, and is registered as a First Category Seafarer with the Ravenna Maritime Authority. He also has a technical diploma in Mechatronics, supporting his hands-on approach to equipment handling and minor technical troubleshooting.
