After earning a degree in Fine Art and Photography in Cape Town, Alex honed her passion for cooking in the award-winning Bramon Wine Estate kitchen, before expanding her repertoire internationally. Travis is an accomplished yacht professional with over five years of experience in the private and charter yachting industry, bringing extensive operational knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for adventure to his role as Chase Boat Captain. Having progressed from deckhand to Lead Deckhand and Relief Bosun on vessels up to 115 metres, he has developed exceptional seamanship, tender handling, navigation, and guest operations expertise. His career has taken him across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Antarctica, the Galápagos Islands, and on six Atlantic crossings, accumulating more than 30,000 nautical miles at sea.
Known for his calm, professional approach and positive attitude, Travis thrives in dynamic environments where safety, precision, and guest enjoyment are paramount. Currently working towards his OOW 3000 certification, he is committed to continuous professional development and delivering outstanding experiences on the water. Having worked aboard both private and charter yachts up to 49 metres, Anna has developed a well-rounded skill set that includes housekeeping, laundry, silver service, cocktail preparation, provisioning, mooring operations, teak maintenance, washdowns, and guest activities.
