Jack is originally from Leamington Spa, in the midlands in the UK. After
studying Marine Biology at university in Newcastle, he decided it was
time to start travelling and getting on the water. As a keen rugby
player and cricketer he’s decided to take up some water sports too,
and has recently been learning how to kite-board. Jack hopes to spend
the next chapter of his life travelling the world, learning new hobbies,
and working hard to keep our guests happy along the way!

Craigon grew up on the beautiful island of Jamaica where he spends his time relaxing on the beach and eating jerk chicken. He knew from an early age that he was destined for a life at sea. In 2009, he enrolled at the Caribbean Maritime University of Jamaica where he graduated with a degree in marine engineering. Craigon started his career on merchant ships and made the switch to the yachting industry in 2017. One of his favourite yachting experiences was his trip across the Atlantic. In his spare time Craigon loves to play golf and soccer, and is always up for an adventure

Growing up in Zimbabwe, Sydne found her love for adventure and the outdoors from an early age. After moving to South Africa and studying patisserie at Silwood School of Cookery, she made her way back to Zimbabwe working at a Safari Lodge in the pastry kitchen. Eventually leading her to the path of yachting. Desserts and pastries are her passion and she hopes to one day have her own patisserie. Sydne has had the privilege to travel to the Galapagos and Costa Rica in her three years in the industry and is hoping to continue to explore many more new places

Sammy grew up in the countryside in Staffordshire, England. After developing a love for travelling and hospitality, she combined the two and started her yachting career in 2016 where she learned very quickly it would be something she wanted to make a long-term career out of. Being fortunate enough to travel to some incredible places on yachts in the last five years, this sense of adventure is part of what she enjoys most. Couple this with providing guests with memorable experiences and you have a pretty special job. When she’s away from the yacht, you will most likely fi nd her spending time with family and friends in the UK, finding a new foodie favourite or travelling!

Isabella is our newest member onboard Halo. She grew up in Antigua, and works onboard alongside her sister Jess. Bella began her yachting career at the start of the year, and has just completed her first Mediterranean season. Bella loves being on the water, so a career path at sea seemed like the most natural option. She loves swimming, snorkelling and sailing. The next stop on her travel bucket list is to visit the Maldives. Before yachting Bella, completed a degree in fashion marketing at the University of Leeds and is rather handy with a needle and thread.

Olly grew up in Bedfordshire, England. He started dingy sailing at the age
of 10, which later progressed to yacht racing. He learnt about the industry
whilst completing his yacht master and has now been in the industry for 9
years, working all over the world on various yachts. His main passion away
from boats is golf, and exploring new places around the world.

Allen grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and started his yachting career after finishing his Bachelor’s Degree at Stellenbosch University. Now five years and three boats later, what started out as a year travelling abroad, has turned into a dynamic career for Allen who has progressed quickly through the yachting ranks to the position of Second Officer. When not onboard Allen spends his time between Cape Town and London catching up with family. Allen has a twin brother in the yachting industry... but no, unfortunately they’re not identical and no his twin brother does not work on board...yet, so no chance of getting them confused. Allen’s hobbies include free diving, scuba diving, trail running and a bit of rock climbing when time allows. In random moments he has been known to juggle.

Katy grew up in the Surrey countryside in the South of England. Growing
up in a sporty family she went on to compete at national and international
junior level in numerous sports with an original dream of becoming a
professional athlete! A passion for nutrition lead her to undertake her
degree in nutrition at Oxford Brookes university. In November 2022 she
decided she needed to find a way to combine her love of hospitality/
health, wellness/ travel and the water and the world of yachting aligned
up! Katy recently completed her 200hour Yoga teacher training in
Barcelona and looks forward to honing and growing her teaching skills
further on the mat! A qualified personal trainer too. A lover of coffee,
golden retrievers, almond croissants and the countryside home in the
Surrey hills! (She’s also actually a Katrina but known as Katy for short and
when she’s not in trouble!).

Kole grew up in the beautiful city of Cape Town in South Africa. He's known for his cheeky and positive personality and desire to keep us all in shape! He turns his hands to most sports with some favourites being body boarding, surfing, skateboarding and the odd motorcross ride. As well as being the local daredevil, he also has a passion for music and in his downtime is often found behind the decks… His skills as a DJ lead him to starting a festival back home that he coordinates in different areas around South Africa.

Jake is our newest team member on board. He grew up in the South of Spain, having lived there, since he was just 6 years old and is lucky enough to speak the language fluently. Jake has a real love for sports and spent most of his years playing Ruby in the UK and Spain. He then went onto to University in Cardiff and studied sports strength and conditioning. After graduating, Jake was ready for his next adventure and decided to join the yachting industry. Now 7 years later, he has worked his way up 2nd Officer. Jake’s favourite hobbies include kite surfing, skiing and travelling.
