Originally from Italy, Nicolas brings well-rounded expertise across multiple sectors of the maritime industry. After completing five years of study at a maritime academy specializing in deck cadet training, he gained hands-on experience working in marinas, shipyards, commercial vessels, and yachts. This diverse background has equipped him with in-depth knowledge of deck operations and exterior yacht maintenance. A dedicated team player with a strong work ethic, Nicolas also enjoys traveling and staying active through a variety of sports.
He previously served as a deckhand on previous HAZE and is proud to continue his journey as First Mate aboard HAZE 2.

Hailing from the UK, Tim brings over 20 years of yachting experience to the role. Having grown up by the sea in Indonesia, he developed a passion for sailing, surfing, and scuba diving from a young age. Tim spent 12 years working aboard both private and charter sailing yachts, cruising extensively across the Mediterranean, the Caribbean—including Antigua and St. Maarten—as well as the UK and Ireland. Along the way, he also claimed victory in numerous regattas.
Since then, Tim has transitioned to commanding motor yachts, where he continues to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and truly unforgettable experience on board.
He is also proud to be joined by two trusted crew members from his previous yacht, HAZE, a highly successful charter vessel in its own right.

Isabel, originally from the United Kingdom, brings valuable experience onboard HAZE 2. She has worked aboard private and commercial yachts over 40 metres, as well as in luxury hotels and bars, where she honed her hospitality, service, and cocktail-making skills. A recent graduate of WSET Level 3, Isabel also has an interest in fine wines.
Passionate about staying active, she enjoys yoga, pilates, running, skiing, and paddle boarding.
Isabel was part of the original HAZE crew and is thrilled to reunite with Tim and Nico for HAZE 2, where she is ready to help create an unforgettable experience for every guest!

His career has focused extensively on the premier cruising grounds of the Mediterranean and Caribbean, where numerous seasons have given him the in-depth knowledge to craft truly bespoke itineraries. He loves sharing his passion for the ocean and excels at curating guest activities, ensuring everyone can enjoy unique and thrilling on-the-water adventures.

Her passion for the ocean led her into diving, where she feels equally at home. With over three years of experience in hospitality and diving instruction, Olivia has worked in fast-paced roles from barista and waitress to scuba dive assistant and private chalet manager. She is known for her calm professionalism, strong guest focus, and commitment to safety. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to exceptional service, Olivia is thrilled to join HAZE 2 and looks forward to giving guests an unforgettable experience.

Hailing from Romania, Alexandru brings over a decade of experience in the maritime industry, underpinned by a strong technical foundation and meticulous attention to detail. Prior to joining HAZE 2, he served as Chief Engineer aboard M/Y BLISS, where he was responsible for the full scope of engineering operations. With expertise spanning marine engineering, advanced computer systems, and onboard technical maintenance, Alexandru ensures that all systems run seamlessly and efficiently. In addition to his engineering credentials, he is a certified personal fitness trainer and nutritionist—offering a holistic perspective on wellness at sea.
