In 2023 he headed to Antibes, France and started his search for his first crew position. That is where he was discovered by Heeus, and joined his first vessel. Since then he has visited Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, Turkey and France in the short period of two months on board.
As mentioned, some of his interests include surfing, fishing, water polo, motorcross and visiting new places. He is also skilled at drone-flying, video editing and social media.
Max has been on board since before delivery and has achieved two Atlantic crossings and three charter seasons with Heeus, he looks forward to providing our guests with the utmost enjoyment while onboard Heeus as well as ensuring the safety and excitement of all guests while in the water and when using water sport toys.

In 2009 he joined his first cruise ship before making the change to the yachting industry in 2015. He has spent the last few years gathering experience on various yachts cruising around the Mediterranean, Atlantic and Caribbean waters. When Daniel is not working, you will find him on a sunny beach with friends and family, in the gym or riding his bike.

With a deep love for scuba diving, surfing, fishing, and paddling, yachting has allowed him to truly follow his dreams and engage in the activities he loves most.
Among the many beautiful destinations he’s visited, Antibes and La Ciotat stand out as his favourites, each offering unique charm and endless opportunities for adventure.
When not exploring the great outdoors, Joshua enjoys spending his downtime cooking or sketching, pursuits that allow him to unwind and express his creativity.
Onboard, he takes pride in engaging with guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment both on the yacht and in the water. Joshua’s commitment to providing a memorable experience for every guest is evident in his attentive and enthusiastic approach, making each voyage a special one.

The ocean is a mysterious world, full of life and energy, and it’s where she finds peace and inspiration. With a degree in Industrial Psychology and a three-year stint in the fast-paced world of FinTech, she has a deeper understanding in connecting with people.
Now, excited to combine her passion for people with her love for the ocean, she’s eager to create unforgettable experiences for you aboard Heeus.

His grandfather, father and uncle all fell into the engineering niche on boats and Marin followed suit by aspiring to take on this career in mechanics. After spending seven years on cruise ships, an opportunity arose for Marin to work on private yachts, which he did not hesitate to accept, as this was something he dreamed of for a long time.
Possessing the discipline of a commercially trained engineer, Marin is sure to not only keep the vessel safely running and at a high standard but also always maintain a spick and span engine room. A lover of nature and spending time outdoors, you will likely find Marin partaking in a plethora of adrenaline-inducing activities, alongside practices such as yoga and pilates.
Marin’s ultimate weakness is motor sports and vintage Porsche cars. When he’s not on board, you can find him touring car shows and indulging in a glass of fine wine overlooking breathtaking views.

Russ travelled extensively before finding yachting as a career, and he has built up vast experience on many well known charter yachts while working his way up the ranks over the past 15 years. He has held the Master 3000t license for over five years and is proud to be the build Captain of M/Y Heeus.
He has a great charter knowledge and has sailed extensively in the Med, Caribbean, East Coast US, and Indian Ocean.
His favourite charter destination is Croatia where the clear blue waters and secluded bays provide the perfect backdrop, and is looking forward to taking Heeus further afield with plans for the vessel to cruise the Northwest passage, Alaska, Baltic Sea and Seychelles.
Russ loves to dive, play golf and has taken up CrossFit, and looks forward to welcoming you on board MY Heeus.

Over the past 14 years, Ross has moved through the ranks, becoming a captain three years ago. His extensive cruising experience spans the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the United States, as well as transiting the Northwest Passage, and Greenland. Among all the destinations, Corsica remains his favourite for its beautiful beaches, stunning landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and historic towns.
Having worked with some fantastic charter teams, Ross is excited to continue this great atmosphere onboard Heeus.
An avid sports enthusiast, he grew up playing football, rugby, cricket, and tennis and now also enjoys snowboarding, scuba diving, and wakeboarding whenever possible.
With a wealth of experience and a deep love for the sea, Ross is dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences for guests and crew alike.

Her career began on yachts ranging from 35 to 140 metres, where she worked as a chief stewardess on private and charter vessels, serving owners, high-profile guests, and international crews. This experience gave her a refined approach to service, strong discipline, and quick adaptability to any request.
Kseniia made a deliberate transition into the role of chef, drawing on her formal culinary education, international certifications, and restaurant experience. For the past four years, she has crafted exceptional dishes aboard private and charter yachts from 25 to 44 metres, as well as on private villas, where an individual approach and culinary intuition are highly valued.
Her specialty lies in Mediterranean cuisine – particularly Italian and French, combined with modern fusion, blending flavours and techniques from diverse cultures. Kseniia confidently accommodates a wide variety of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, lactose-free, plant-based, low-carb, and nutrition-conscious meals.
For Kseniia, food is always about creating an atmosphere. She intuitively senses guests’ moods, anticipates their desires, and transforms every meal onboard into a memorable experience. Delicious, clean, professional – and always made with heart.

Throughout her journey, Marli has cultivated strong leadership skills and has honed her ability to anticipate guests' needs while fostering a positive working atmosphere. Her commitment to excellence in service reflects her deep dedication to the yachting experience.
In addition to her professional pursuits, she is currently studying part-time to complete her corrective exercise specialist qualification. Also, an avid lover of water sports, Marli is enthusiastic about scuba diving and exploring new horizons, embracing every chance to enhance her skills while enjoying the beauty of the underwater world. Through her open-minded and adventurous spirit, she continually seeks new experiences both on the water and beyond.

M/Y Heeus is a 2023 delivered 44.2m Bering Yachts, the first of the Bering 145 series of explorer yachts. With a bold and beautiful exterior, four decks and long-distance cruising capabilities, Heeus is set to make a splash on the charter scene this year. She comfortably accommodates 12 guests in six stylish cabins comprising of one master, two VIPs, two doubles with Pullmans that can be converted to twins, as well as having an additional flexible convertible double cabin suitable for either two extra guests, crew or staff. With a huge volume of 499GT and impressive hybrid technology that enables her to cruise silently for a few hours, or sit at anchor for a long time with zero noise or emissions, Heeus is not only the ultimate toy-carrying explorer yacht, but also a luxury yacht offering best in class comfort and refinement. Heeus’ international crew of nine will keep guests busy, with a huge array of tenders and water toys, including a 9.2 metre chase tender, two further tenders, three jet skis, three Seabobs and an enormous amount of towable and inflatable toys. The sun deck is the main external space, offering a large jacuzzi, bar with integrated appliances including BBQ and grill, relaxed and formal seating options, with an outside cinema for enjoying movies or watching sports, as well as gym and exercise equipment. The upper deck hosts a stunning sky lounge with large wine coolers, back-lit onyx bar, 85” cinema TV and relaxed comfortable seating. The outside deck has a large dining table and sun loungers which can be repositioned once the yacht’s tenders have been launched offering a very large open deck and spa area, an impressive collection of gym equipment and more. Guests will be more than entertained whilst on board, with plenty of spacious entertaining areas and deck space. Her expansive main saloon is the perfect place for gathering with family and friends and also doubles down as a formal dining area for mealtimes, with a second dining area located on the upper deck, in the sky lounge. Al fresco dining can be experienced in three different areas, on the main, upper or sun decks. The master suite is forward on the main deck and comprises a large office, huge ensuite with bath and steam shower and a large walk-in closet and dressing area. The lower deck accommodates all other cabins which are fitted in luxurious materials and with beautiful ensuites. Down aft there is a 40 square-meter beach club with large opening sea terrace door and access to the stern platform which incorporates a high/low swimming ladder. The beach club has a Hammam for guest use as well as relaxed informal seating.
