In training to become the Captain of HEMILEA, Morgan is a promising young man. Having grown up in the yachting environment he is very quickly progressing and excelled in his certificate exams. Morgan is dynamic, keen to charter and explore the med with charterers on board.

Kevin moved onto yachts in 2019. His 5 years’ experience in yachting on board yachts such as M/Y CHANTELLA and M/Y SECRET LIFE has led him to be a reliable, autonomous hard-worker who strives to maintain the boat perfectly. He is focused, confident and proactive with his tasks. He also could be described as fun, friendly, curious, dynamic, dexterous and enthusiastic person just to name a few. Kevin joined HEMILEA in summer 2022.
Chef Volkan brings over 30 years of culinary expertise, honed in prestigious five-star hotels, renowned restaurants, and aboard private and charter yachts. His skills span a diverse range of cuisines, including Middle Eastern, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean, Kosher, and international flavours. Passionate about creating exquisite dining experiences, he takes pride in crafting fresh, beautifully presented dishes that delight guests with every bite.
Having previously worked on HEMILEA during the 2022 summer season, Volkan is highly familiar with its galley and operations, ensuring seamless service. Now returning in 2024, he brings his signature creativity and flair back on board. His yachting experience includes working on vessels such as the 44m M/Y Sunrise, 58m M/Y Lord of the Seas, and 35m M/Y Dagusha, where he has refined his skills in creating exceptional onboard dining experiences.
Joshua has been on board HEMILEA since 2020 and is a fantastic support for Captain Franck with his 5 previous years’ experience on board yachts such as M/Y GUNGNIR OTTAVA.

Roni has been part of the team on board HEMILEA since 2020. With a merchant navy training he is hard working, rigorous and makes sure everything runs smoothly on board. You might not always see him in the background but Roni is an excellent team player and offers a helping hand joining in on with activities on deck or with the water toys.

With a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail, Sofia brings a warm, professional presence to yacht HEMILEA.
Her time as a Sole Stewardess aboard M/Y Chantella and a part-time housekeeper for private clients has honed her expertise in cabin preparation, laundry, fine table service, and guest relations. Sofia’s culinary background as a pastry chef adds a sweet edge to her service, and her calm, adaptable nature makes her a reliable team member onboard HEMILEA.

Danielle brings years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been part of the yachting world since 2019. Over the years, she has worked aboard several yachts, including the 50m M/Y Hayken, 43m M/Y Leonardo III, and, most recently, the 47m M/Y Asya, where she has served as Second Stewardess since 2023.
Danielle is skilled in all aspects of interior service, from meticulous housekeeping and elegant table settings to expert flower arranging and guest service. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable onboard experiences ensure every charter runs seamlessly. She looks forward to welcoming guests onboard HEMILEA and delivering the highest standard of service with warmth and professionalism.

Jacqueline compliments the stewardesses on board perfectly, providing exceptional support with laundry, cabin turning down and service. Jacqueline is a lovely sunny person to have around, with a calm and quiet personality. She joined Hemilea in 2024 however she has already been on board for a season in 2021.

Local to the South of France, Mediterranean Captain Franck is very proud of his roots and area, but also loves travelling and taking guests to see the Med. Having been on board since the owner purchased the yacht, he knows her inside out and makes sure everything runs perfectly. Not impartial to a good chat, Captain Franck is friendly and welcoming, he has been working for the family for 20 years. He is happiest when on charter, cruising around. He knows the importance of surrounding himself with a great crew and always picks the best team for the summer.
