Dominique grew up in upstate New York. It was when she left home at 18 that her passion for exploration and adventure started. Her early career took her down diverse paths, from au pairing in Italy to working alongside a fashion designer. When she is not at sea, you can find her spending quality time with loved ones, cooking, savoring flavors at local restaurants and exploring the outdoors. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Stefan’s always felt most at home on the water. After studying Marketing and Finance, he spent a few years in commercial property before realizing office life wasn’t quite cutting it. Trading the suit for the sea, he jumped into yachting and hasn’t looked back since. He’s worked on M/Y Avalon (46m), where he spent a season exploring Alaska — still his favorite spot thanks to the unreal scenery, fishing, and wildlife. Additionally, he worked on M/Y Vida (55m), supporting a sportfishing fleet chasing recordbreaking blue marlin in some of the most remote destinations. When he’s not on deck, Stefan’s most likely fishing, diving, surfing, or finding a new way to stay in/on the water. Easygoing and always up for a laugh, he brings good vibes, adventure, and laid-back energy to every trip.
