She studied Philology at the State University of Kherson in Ukraine, as well as Manager of hotel and restaurant operations at the same place. In addition, Galyna has attended the Quality Housekeeping college in Miami, USA, as well as the State department of sea and river transport of Ukraine. She is a highly motivated, dedicated, flexible and hardworking individual with 22 years ship/yacht experience, along with an experience in the hospitality sector. She is capable of multitasking, able to quickly adapt to changes and new environments. Galyna has an extensive service industry background with strong organizational and leadership skills. She believes that impeccable service and meeting expectations are of premium importance, especially in the yachting industry. Moreover, she is able to motivate and train junior crew to provide a quality service and to maintain the high standards expected from them. She has a professional, guest focused attitude, excellent communication skills and abundance of creative ideas. Bartosz is certified in Powerboat Level 2 and Personal Watercraft (PWC), proficient in tender and jet ski operation, and experienced in the handling and rental of water sports equipment. With a solid foundation in exterior maintenance, tender operations, anchoring, and guest service, he proved his versatility and reliability during a full Med season aboard M/Y HOLIDAY and is eager to rerun aboard for the upcoming season. He can manage water toy setups, RIB guest transfers, and participated in docking and anchoring procedures. His hands-on experience also includes support in engine room tasks and shipyard maintenance. On his free time, he enjoys Wakeboarding, Rugby and Hiking.

Holds qualifications to serve as Chief Engineer Officer on ships powered by main propulsion machinery of 3,000 kW or more. With a wealth of knowledge in engineering and a proven track record of excellence, Mario brings invaluable expertise to his current role on board HOLIDAY.

Alessio is a passionate and highly experienced Italian Chef with over 25 years in the culinary world, including more than a decade on private and charter yachts up to 52 meters. With a background as a restaurant owner and sole yacht chef, Alessio brings deep knowledge of Italian, Mediterranean, and international cuisine, including Asian fusion and fruit carving artistry. He is known for his creativity, improvisation skills, and ability to accommodate dietary requirements. Alessio holds advanced pastry and bakery certifications and has trained at the prestigious Boscolo Etoile Academy and Bangkok Carving Institute. Always calm under pressure, team-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges on board HOLIDAY, Chef Alessio is as enthusiastic in the galley as he is about exploring cultures, flavors, and destinations.

Ralldo is a South African-born deckhand and chase boat captain with extensive experience aboard both motor and sailing yachts, complemented by a strong mechanical background. Ralldo has proven his capabilities in deck operations, chase boat management, and guest interaction. As a former diesel fitter in the automotive sector, he brings valuable skills in troubleshooting, servicing, and basic mechanical repair—enhancing his contributions on deck and in technical support roles. Prior roles aboard M/Y Lion Share, S/Y Riana, S/Y Sunset Breeze, and M/Y Julija expanded his versatility. He has served onboard HOLIDAY for the 2024 summer season and is happy to be back for the upcoming charter season.

Over the past two years, she has gained hands-on experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, hotels, and private households, while also traveling extensively. Kirsten is certified in essential maritime safety training and stewardess service, including housekeeping, laundry, table service, barista skills, and flower arranging. She is currently completing a certified masseuse course, adding further value to her onboard service capabilities. Known for her professionalism, adaptability, and attention to detail, Kirsten is eager to bring her strong work ethic and positive energy to her first position at sea.

Captain Nicola was born in Viareggio. He studied at the local Maritime College and began his career on board a private yacht as Executive Officer. After several years cruising the world back and forth aboard merchant ships, he decided to move to luxury mega yachts. In a short time, he achieved the rank of First Officer and obtained his Master Unlimited Certification. He has spent the last years on board a 70m yacht gaining experience as officer in charge of a navigational watch. Captain Nicola took the command of a 45m superyacht where he gained invaluable experience cruising and chartering around the Mediterranean Sea. Nicola’s high standard of professionalism matches his pleasant disposition and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere aboard. His passion for the superyacht industry and his keen eye on safety are a true seal for the reassurance of the special guests he welcomes on board.
