Ida grew up on a farm in Limpopo, South Africa, where she developed a strong work ethic, connection to animals, and appreciation for community. Her childhood was spent raising lion cubs, helping in her family's butchery, and working alongside anti-poaching groups. Passionate about the ocean and marine wildlife, Ida was drawn to a career in yachting, where she enjoys working with people from different cultures while travelling the world. Friendly, hardworking, and eager to learn, she brings warmth and positivity to the interior team. Ida's long-term goal is to progress to Chief Stewardess while eventually continuing her family's legacy on their farm in Limpopo. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, and experiencing new places.

With over 17 years in the maritime industry and a background in emergency services, Sam brings a blend of command expertise and crisis-response capability to the bridge. Hailing from British Columbia, he got his start as a firefighter and wedge rafting guide, then spent time in Thailand as a dive instructor before returning home to work as a commercial fisherman. Now a seasoned Captain in the world of luxury yachting, he's been at the helm of prestigious motor yachts including Entourage (60m), Emelina (51m), and Vixit (53m), managing dual-season charter programs, complex yard periods, and global itineraries from the Mediterranean to the South Pacific. When he's not on the bridge, you'll find him mountain biking, snowboarding, or surfing in remote destinations, always seeking new adventures on land and sea.

Max's foundation as a yachtsman was shaped during his youth surfing, fishing, and exploring the northern beaches of Sydney. His path to yachting began in 2007 when he joined the industry alongside his brother, following a career as a professional snowboarder. Over the years, his strong work ethic and commitment to growth have driven his success, leading to the achievement of his 3,000gt Captain's licence among many other milestones. Known for leading by example, he encourages his crew to perform at the highest level while fostering a positive and motivated onboard environment. Having cruised extensively throughout his career, he brings valuable experience, calm leadership, and professionalism to Home. Outside of work, Max enjoys travelling, staying active through sports, and meeting new people.

Originally from Paraná, Argentina, Ever combines a professional background in hospitality with a lifelong passion for the ocean. Growing up around boats, wakeboarding, and diving sparked an early connection to the water, which naturally evolved into a career in yachting. Known for his easy-going nature and hands-on approach, Ever brings positive energy and strong teamwork to the deck department. He particularly enjoys operating tenders and teaching water sports, creating memorable experiences for guests while sharing his enthusiasm for the sea. Career-driven and motivated, Ever is focused on continuing his progression within the industry, with ambitions of advancing to Chief Officer in the future. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active on the water whenever possible.

South African-born Jack began his yachting career in 2021 as a deckhand and has progressed steadily through hard work and dedication. He has gained valuable experience aboard 50–60m yachts, cruising extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and US East Coast. Passionate about the industry and committed to advancing his career, Jack recently completed the final module for his Officer of the Watch ticket. Alongside his deck duties, he also brings experience in digital marketing, creating content that offers an insider's perspective into life on board. Jack's combination of technical knowledge, creativity, and positive attitude makes him a valuable part of the team. Outside of yachting, he enjoys travel, content creation, and documenting his experiences around the world.

Originally from South Africa, Sydney discovered her talent for hospitality early and transitioned into a career in yachting. She initially joined as a deckhand, gaining operational experience before moving into the interior to focus on guest service. Sydney is known for creating a warm, vibrant atmosphere and takes pride in making every guest experience memorable. She particularly enjoys organising themed evenings, crafting inventive cocktails, and bringing positive energy to the interior team. Her approachable personality and strong attention to detail help ensure guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys running, spending time in the sun, discovering good food, and making the most of an active outdoor lifestyle.

Originally from a coastal town near Byron Bay, Heidi has always enjoyed life by the sea and an active outdoor lifestyle. Before yachting, she gained experience across personal training, finance, and hospitality, building strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. Her travels to 23 countries have fuelled her curiosity, independence, and passion for connecting with people from different backgrounds. Now in yachting, Heidi enjoys the balance of teamwork, adventure, and guest interaction that life on board provides. Known for her upbeat energy and positive attitude, she thrives in busy environments and loves learning new skills. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys running, staying active, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

After earning his degree in maritime engineering from Barcelona University, he built a reputation for his technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and calm approach under pressure. Rafa is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and practical mindset, all of which contribute to the smooth operation of the vessel. His engineering background allows him to approach challenges with precision and professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude within the crew. Outside of work, Rafa values time with family and friends, enjoying long walks and traditional Sunday paella gatherings.

Originally from the island of Krk, Croatia, Ivan comes from a long line of seafarers and naturally followed a career at sea. After completing his marine engineering studies, he spent eight years in the merchant navy before transitioning into yachting, where he has worked for more than 11 years as both 2nd and Chief Engineer aboard a variety of vessels. Friendly, approachable, and always quick with a smile, Ivan is known for his positive attitude and calm presence on board. His extensive engineering experience, combined with his strong work ethic and practical knowledge, make him a valued member of the team. Outside of work, Ivan enjoys downhill biking, racing, skiing, and wakeboarding. He also deeply values spending quality time with family and friends whenever ashore.

Raised along the coastline of Durban, South Africa, Jasper developed strong ocean skills through competitive lifesaving, lifeguarding, and years spent in and around the water. His background in high-end hospitality, combined with extensive experience lifeguarding across KwaZulu-Natal, has given him a strong focus on both safety and guest service. Jasper also holds a degree in interior architecture alongside his Yachtmaster 200T certification, bringing technical knowledge and professionalism to his role on deck. Passionate about travel and adventure, he has explored extensively and completed two Atlantic crossings, further strengthening his seamanship and adaptability at sea. Jasper enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and thrives in the dynamic environment of yachting.
