Lovisa is a passionate and dynamic crew chef from Sweden with a strong culinary foundation, hands-on kitchen experience, and a natural flair for hospitality. With three years of formal chef school, Michelin-level training, and recent galley roles at high-volume and fine-dining restaurants, she brings a powerful blend of precision, speed, and creativity to every galley and service setting.
She has worked in kitchens ranging from the Michelin-starred Knystaforsen to modern concepts like Restaurant Kakel and Salt, where she refined her skills in hot, cold, and pass sections and discovered her love for direct guest engagement and elegant plating. Lovisa’s culinary style spans from Scandinavian, Mediterranean, Asian to Italian cuisine, and she is confident adapting menus to guest preferences or dietary needs.
With a “Yes, Chef!” attitude, excellent teamwork, and a warm, positive presence, Lovisa thrives in high-pressure environments and always strives for excellence in both service and presentation.

Damir is an experienced and proactive Engineer with nearly two decades of maritime engineering expertise across commercial vessels and superyachts, including the prestigious MV Yersin and LNG fleets. Croatian by nationality, he holds a Chief Engineer License (3000kW+), advanced LNG operations certification, and is well-versed in all aspects of vessel engineering, safety, and compliance.
Throughout his career, Damir has consistently demonstrated his ability to manage engine room operations, lead preventative maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and supervise repairs with precision and efficiency. He is skilled in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrics, pneumatics, high-voltage systems, all backed by a calm, professional approach and strong team leadership.
Dedicated, hands-on, and safety-driven, Damir brings excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to stay composed in high-pressure environments.
