Yaima Espinosa Martínez is an experienced yachting professional with a strong background in sailing, guest services, crew coordination, and event management. A former Cuban national windsurfing champion, she has successfully transitioned into the Mediterranean yachting industry, combining her passion for the sea with excellent organizational and communication skills. Yaima has worked on prestigious sailing events, including the Rolex TP52 Super Series, and has experience in crew coordination, charter operations, sales, and guest relations. She holds all relevant STCW certifications, speaks fluent Spanish, Italian, and English, and is known for her professionalism, positive attitude, leadership, and commitment to sustainability within the marine industry. Her sporting background and customer-focused approach make her a valuable asset to both private and charter yachts.The last year she enhanced her knowledge working for Phoenix One which gave her more tehcnicall insight into yachting, whilst always participating on Regattas.

A highly seasoned yacht captain, Juan has spent his career commanding both private and charter motor yachts in Mallorca, including well-known vessels such as 7 years for Portals Hills on the Absolute 62, 2 years onboard an Azimut 68, and another 5 years on a Sunseeker 72. His deep understanding of yacht operations, guest service, and safe navigation makes him a reassuring presence for families and first-time charterers alike.
Juan is recognised for his calm approach, strong leadership, and ability to deliver seamless days on the water — whether cruising between islands, anchoring in hidden calas, or planning the perfect Balearic itinerary tailored to each group. His background in regatta coordination and his extensive maritime safety training further underline his professionalism and attention to detail.
Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with a working knowledge of English, Captain Juan is dedicated to creating a welcoming and secure onboard environment where guests can truly relax and enjoy the magic of the Mediterranean.
