Pantelis is an experienced captain with a strong love for sailing who has brought numerous yachts to Greece from the biggest shipyards in the world. In addition to having a strong work ethic, a dedication to excellence, and meticulousness, he is trustworthy and resourceful. Pantelis is a positive, energetic person with outstanding communication abilities. To provide his guests the most enjoyable and unforgettable sailing experience, he always takes into account their preferences and combines them with his knowledge of the Greek islands! As he and his guests cruise the stunning Greek Islands in HYDRUS, he looks forward to a fantastic summer.

Chef: Dimitris Konstantakis
Dimitris was born and reared in Athens. Since a very young age has developed a passion and enthusiasm for cooking from a young age. After completing his studies at "LE MONDE," a culinary school in 2017, he began working in many Athens restaurants and hotels. He has been employed as a private chef and cook on several motor boats and catamarans since 2020. He strives to fulfill all of your dietary requirements with his skill in creating nutritious dishes that fit specific dietary needs, such gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.

Konstantinos brings over eight years of expertise in VIP Guest Relationship Management, spanning diverse sectors within the hospitality industry, including luxury restaurants, prestigious hotels, private transfers, and exclusive sailing tours. He excels in delivering seamless, upscale, and personalized guest experiences, ensuring the highest level of service and attention to detail. His ability to anticipate guests' needs, enhance operations, and exceed expectations results in unforgettable and refined moments. Outside of his professional endeavors, he has a passion for sailing and traveling, embracing new adventures and exploring diverse destinations!!
