His experience includes working on bothmotor and sailing yachts, as well as operating tenders with confidence andprecision.Holding key maritime certifications, including STCW and a speed boatoperator license, he is committed to maintaining the highest standards ofsafety and professionalism at sea. Aggelos is a highly skilled and passionate chef with extensive experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, and private yachts. With a strong background in culinary arts, he excels in kitchen management, menu development, and cost control while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

A graduate of the prestigious LE MONDE Culinary Institute, Aggelos has further

Throughout his career, he has successfully led kitchen teams as a Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, demonstrating exceptional creativity, leadership, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Natalie is a guest-focused 2nd Stewardess with experience in luxury yachting and high-end hospitality, combining strong skills in housekeeping, food and beverage service, and guest relations. She has worked onboard private yachts delivering discreet, high-standard service, including silver service, cocktail and coffee preparation, and comprehensive cabin and interior maintenance, always ensuring an exceptional onboard experience.

In addition to her yachting background, Natalie has extensive hospitality experience in premium venues, where she developed strong abilities in customer service, team coordination, and handling demanding client environments with professionalism and composure. She is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere for guests.
