A dedicated and enthusiastic Chief Stewardess with extensive experience in both private and charter yachts. Known for her warm personality, impeccable service standards, and strong team spirit, Ophelie combines a luxury hospitality background with exceptional organizational skills. From fine dining service and wine knowledge to interior management and guest relations, she consistently delivers a seamless onboard experience while ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

Konrad is an experienced and passionate Chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality, private chalets, and yachting. Having worked across France, the United Kingdom, and onboard a private motor yacht, he brings a diverse culinary style influenced by English, French, and international cuisines, complemented by knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques. Dedicated to creating fresh, high-quality dishes tailored to guest preferences, Konrad consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and service. Known for his positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and calm approach under pressure, he thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys exceeding guest expectations.

With a strong background in luxury hospitality and international guest service, Manon brings exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth to M/Y Iary. Having held leadership positions in both five-star hospitality and premium retail environments, she excels at anticipating guests' needs and delivering personalized experiences with elegance and discretion.

Fluent in English and French, with conversational Spanish, Manon is passionate about travel, diving, and creating memorable moments for guests. Her dedication to excellence, organizational skills, and positive energy make her a valued member of the Iary crew, ensuring every charter is seamless and unforgettable.

Captain Benjamin joined the crew on MY IARY last year and has over 20 years of experience in this industry and has been captain since 2005 both on private yachts and charter yachts. To list a few, he used to work on the 25m motor yacht KARU, on the 27m motor yacht NOUNOUCHE and on the 30m motor yacht GHOST. Living in the South of France, the area has no secrets for him, he has all the right contacts and knows exactly where to take guests for a great time. Captain Benjamin has also sailed extensively Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Malta, the Balearics and Croatia and has a great knowledge of these cruising grounds. Eager and excited at the idea of chartering, he looks forward to greeting guests on board this summer.
