Romain comes onboard of IARY with several years’ experience in yachting, combined with a solid maritime background and a strong aptitude for ability to acquire new knowledge. He is able to work in a team and independently. He has a strong sense of organization and proven skills in crew and business management.

Samantha is a dedicated and versatile stewardess with over five years of customer service experience across hospitality, medical reception, and yacht chartering. With a background in bar and retail supervision, she brings strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments.

Her natural empathy and attention to detail make her a valuable asset on any team. Whether assisting with guest services aboard luxury yachts or managing busy service environments on land, Samantha consistently delivers excellence through professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine passion for client care.

There is no doubt that with Fabrizio in the galley, guests will always be happy to eat on board. A passionate chef with experience in various hotel, restaurants and company settings, striving to serve the best food possible, he enjoys sourcing food locally whenever possible at local markets. Keeping up to speed on food trends, he will never disappoint. He enjoys preparing an array of exciting dishes for buffet lunches and service "a l'assiette" in the evening. His specialties are Mediterranean, Italian and French cuisine. In his free time, Fabrizio loves skiing and mountains.

For the last 9 years Sara has been working in the hospitality industry. Sara has a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management and has excellent skills in Silver Service and flower arrangement. She is a highly experienced charter
stewardess that has worked on several private and charter yachts up to 60m. She also worked for Cruises Ships all over the world, for Tesla in Serbia and in a gourmet shop in Sheraton Hotel in Peru. She brings excellent service skills on board IARY and is looking forward to welcoming your guests on board.

Captain Benjamin joined the crew on MY IARY last year and has over 20 years of experience in this industry and has been captain since 2005 both on private yachts and charter yachts. To list a few, he used to work on the 25m motor yacht KARU, on the 27m motor yacht NOUNOUCHE and on the 30m motor yacht GHOST. Living in the South of France, the area has no secrets for him, he has all the right contacts and knows exactly where to take guests for a great time. Captain Benjamin has also sailed extensively Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Malta, the Balearics and Croatia and has a great knowledge of these cruising grounds. Eager and excited at the idea of chartering, he looks forward to greeting guests on board this summer.
