His experience includes deckhand roles on M/Y ABILITY (42m Codecasa) and M/Y MENANGIO X (30m Riva), where he supported daily deck operations, guest services, and vessel maintenance. Dionysis has been actively involved in mooring and anchoring procedures, tender driving, water sports setup, and exterior detailing, as well as shipyard periods involving maintenance, polishing, and refit support. He also contributed to sea trials and the successful handover of a brand-new yacht from the shipyard to the owner.

Holding an Able Seaman (AB) license alongside key STCW safety certifications, including Advanced Survival Craft and Firefighting, Dionysis demonstrates confidence and reliability in all deck operations. A graduate of the Hydra Merchant Marine Academy, Petros began his career serving on tankers before transitioning into the yachting industry, where he has successfully led operations on both private and charter vessels. His previous command onboard M/Y DIAMARE and service as Chief Officer on M/Y LEDRA allowed him to develop extensive experience in refits, dry dock management, and safety drills, as well as in navigating some of the most demanding waters of the Mediterranean.

Known for his professionalism, reliability, and calm leadership style, Captain Petros ensures the highest standards of safety, organization, and guest satisfaction. His hands-on approach and technical proficiency guarantee smooth yacht operations and memorable charter experiences for all guests onboard.

With a strong focus on using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, Panagiotis ensures that every meal is a memorable dining experience for guests. Whether it’s a sumptuous Mediterranean feast, an elegant fine-dining course, or a casual beachside barbecue, his versatility and creativity shine through in every dish.

When not in the galley, he enjoys listening to music and further perfecting his craft through culinary exploration.
