Originally trained in hotel management, Jérémy began his professional career in the hospitality industry, working in renowned 4-star establishments such as the Sofitel in the South of France. He gained valuable experience across various departments, including catering and accommodation services, before transitioning to the yachting industry in 2006.
Jérémy started as a First Officer and Chief Engineer, later earning his Master 500GT license in 2017. Since 2019, he has been serving as a Captain. Over the years, he has worked on both private and charter yachts ranging from 24 to 50 meters, navigating extensively throughout the Mediterranean. His cruising experience includes the South of France, Corsica, the western and southern Italian coasts, Sardinia, Sicily, the Balkans, Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, and the Balearic Islands.
With the Mediterranean as his primary base, Jérémy has developed a deep understanding of the region and a vast network of contacts. He is highly skilled in fulfilling clients' expectations—whether it’s securing berths in the busiest ports or finding secluded anchorages in the most picturesque settings. His insider knowledge extends to recommending top-tier restaurants, vibrant nightlife spots, cultural attractions, and local services.

Mathis, 27 years old, from Paris, is a chef driven by passion and curiosity.
His culinary journey has been shaped by extensive travels—from Canada to Réunion Island, Australia, India, Thailand, Italy, and Germany—where he drew inspiration from a wide range of culinary traditions. These global influences continue to enrich his creative approach to cuisine.
Mathis has honed his skills in a variety of settings, from Michelin-starred restaurants to bistronomic kitchens and shared-plate concepts, developing both precision and versatility. His first experience as chef aboard a 40-meter yacht in Australia, from October 2023 to July 2024, was a resounding success and confirmed his ability to thrive in the yachting environment.
