Sean-Paul is a German-American captain with over a decade at sea and nine charter seasons under his belt. Most of his career has been spent in the Western Mediterranean — Ibiza, Formentera, the French and Italian Riviera, Corsica and Sardinia are his home waters — though he’s also worked the Florida coast and the Caribbean. He crossed the Atlantic at 19, and that early experience at sea shaped the calm, capable captain he is today.
For the past eight years he’s been based in the South of France, running charters on yachts up to 80ft, including the Wajer 77. He’s worked with everyone from families to high-profile clients, and what drives him is straightforward: guests stepping off the boat saying it was the best part of their trip.
His style on board is relaxed and hands-on — present when it counts, easy company when the mood calls for it, and always quietly making sure everything runs smoothly in the background. He knows the area intimately and shares it in a way that feels personal. The fact that many guests come back to him year after year speaks for itself.
In his personal life, Sean enjoys cooking, photography, sports and country music. He also has a soft spot for sausage dogs and cows.

Bea is from Venice and now based in Ibiza, which already tells you she knows a thing or two about good food and living around water. She brings a natural, easy energy on board: calm, aware, and always tuned into what’s happening around her.
Before stepping into yachting, she spent over ten years in high-end hospitality — restaurants, private villas and exclusive venues. You notice it straight away. She has an eye for the small things most people miss: the right moment to refresh a drink, the feel of a space, the mood of the group. Things just happen at the right moment without anyone having to ask.
On board, Bea knows exactly how to position herself within the day. Present when it adds to the experience, and just as comfortable stepping back when guests want their own space. She reads the room quickly, adjusts without overthinking it, and creates the right atmosphere without ever making it feel managed.
With Bea around, the day tends to flow easily. It’s often the small details — a well-prepared setup, the right thing at the right moment — that make the difference. Everything feels taken care of without being obvious, and by the end of the day guests leave with that good, easy feeling that everything was just right.

Accommodations
Straddling the line between a large day boat and a small super-yacht, IMAGINE belongs to the flagship line of the Dutch builder Wajer. Designed to enjoy maximum time on the water, she boosts sleek lines and a luxurious aesthetic appearance. Integrated windows, a hidden anchor, flush cleats and a lack of handrails make for a clean, sculpted exterior. The hardtop with ventilation provides shade for the helm seats and a dining table with plenty of flexible seating.
The central benches slide inwards and two cockpit tables come together to create one big U-shaped seating area under the shade so everyone can dine together. Just aft of this is a console hiding a bar with a fridge, ice maker, sink and storage for glasses. Seats at the bar are concealed within, popping out from its side offering the most demanded spot on board. The Bowers & Wilkins audio system can be operated in four separate zones – at the bow, in the cockpit, around the aft sun pads and inside the living quarters below.
The Wajer 77 is the most silent yacht in her class. She's extremely well soundproofed, and her interior basically floats inside the hull, reducing vibrations and damping engine noise to a minimum. A VIP cabin is forward with notably lofty ceilings and the aft owner’s stateroom is five metres wide, it comes with a sofa and transformable coffee table that can double as a desk. The interior, designed by Sinot, is finished in whitewashed oak and leather details.
Her custom-designed swim platform slides out and it raises more than 1.2 metres high above the waterline to serve as a gangway. Burnishing her status as a “mini-superyacht” IMAGINE carries her own tender – a Williams 325 sits in the garage, which also stores two Seabobs and towables.
