Lé-Ay grew up in the small farm town of Klerksdorp, South Africa, where her love for travel sparked as a child. After exploring much of Africa, she felt inspired by her family already working in yachting and decided to dive into the adventure herself. Life at sea quickly became a passion, and she now loves waking up to the ever-changing views of international waters.
She’s also always been drawn to beauty therapy and understanding the human body, which naturally led her to become a massage therapist. Before joining the yachting world, Lé-Ay ran her own massage practice back home, working with all kinds of clients. That experience not only refined her skills but also deepened her love for helping people feel relaxed and ready to start the holiday off right! Now, onboard, she combines her love of travel and wellness to create memorable experiences for guests. Whether it’s through a great massage or simply offering a friendly, helpful presence, Lé-Ay brings warmth, energy, and a genuine passion for what she does.

After the lockdown and earning her yachting qualifications, Noelle traveled to Croatia, where she secured her first temporary position onboard. Since then, she has gained experience on a range of vessels from 37m to 92m, eventually finding her ideal niche on 50m yachts.
During her time off, Noelle enjoys solo travel and has explored destinations such as Costa Rica, Mexico, Bali, various national parks across the United States, and
numerous countries throughout Europe and South Africa.
With aspirations to study interior design and pursue a Pilates teaching certification in the future, Noelle remains fully committed to her career in yachting.
