After 10 years in the industry and more than 50.000 nautical miles logged, 4 North Atlantic crossing and one South Pacific crossing, with several seasons being in the Caribbean, West Mediterranean and French Polynesia we can say that he fulfilled his dream.

Kristofer is a professional and passionate chef with a classical French, European, and Mediterranean background. Home made breads are one of his strong points. Kris also has a broad knowledge of healthy & fat free diets, He spends most of his holidays traveling south east Asia, where he lived for a couple years, on food tours, checking out night markets and playing pool at a competitive level.

Paris is a positive, outgoing, self-motivated person with substantial experience in waitressing & management in the hospitality sector, having played an active role in supporting her family’s 4th generation hospitality business in Cornwall, England. She loves what she does and spares no effort in making the guests feel comfortable and loved. With a genuine laugh you can be sure she will always be there to provide the best possible service to the guests. She has been around the ocean her whole life having sailed over 5,700 nautical miles crewing on sailing vessels including a transatlantic when she was only 16-year-old.
