Known for his steady hand and clear communication, Sean runs a well-organised yet relaxed programme, ensuring operations flow smoothly while guests enjoy an effortless experience. He takes pride in building positive team environments, mentoring crew, and maintaining high standards without ever losing sight of the human element that makes time at sea truly special.

With over three decades of engineering experience, Chaiporn is the calm and capable force keeping M/Y INDIANA running smoothly behind the scenes.
Since joining the yacht in 2020 as Chief Engineer, he has brought an impressive depth of knowledge drawn from a long career in commercial shipping and yachting, including senior roles on vessels up to 40,000 GT. From engine room management and diesel troubleshooting to electrical systems and refrigeration, Chaiporn approaches every task with precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility. He holds a Chief Engineer Officer CoC for vessels over 3,000kW and is fully certified across all key areas of marine engineering and safety.
Guests may not always see him, but his quiet dedication ensures every voyage is smooth, safe, and reliable. Known for his strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and easygoing nature, Chaiporn is a cornerstone of M/Y INDIANA’s operation and a trusted leader below deck.

Chef Anil returns to M/Y INDIANA this season with over 20 years of experience and a genuine love for creating great food. Having worked onboard before, he knows the yacht well and slots easily into life onboard, making him a natural addition for upcoming charters.
His career spans a wide range of private and charter yachts, from boutique smaller vessels to large-scale superyachts, giving him a well-rounded and adaptable approach to onboard dining. Working freelance, Anil joins with a focus on delivering memorable, guest-focused dining during charters. His style is versatile and approachable, drawing on a wide range of cuisines including Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, sushi, and Arabic, as well as fresh bakery and pastry. Whether it’s a relaxed lunch, a beautifully plated dinner, or a beach barbecue, he enjoys tailoring menus to suit each group and keeping things interesting throughout the trip.
Calm, easy-going, and well organised, Anil runs a smooth galley and adapts easily to different preferences and requests. His goal is simple — to make sure guests eat well, feel looked after, and leave with great memories of their time onboard.

Ninad brings a lifelong passion for the sea and over 16 years of professional yachting experience to his role as First Officer onboard M/Y INDIANA. A former national sailing champion and coach for Team India, his career began in the Sea Cadet Corps, where he developed strong seamanship, leadership, and racing skills that have since shaped his professional approach.
Since joining M/Y INDIANA in 2018, Ninad has taken charge of navigational planning, safety drills, maintenance schedules, and guest watersports - all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Captain across all departments. His prior experience has been on yachts like M/Y LADY A (56m), M/Y KIJO (46m), M/Y THE WELLESLEY (56m), and M/Y ANEDIGMI (50m).
Calm, diplomatic, and highly organised, Ninad is known for his hands-on style, sharp eye for detail, and ability to stay cool under pressure. Whether plotting passages or helping guests enjoy the water, he brings energy, precision, and professionalism to every charter.

Cherrylyn, known affectionately onboard as Cherry, brings a warm, attentive approach and over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality to her role as Stewardess onboard M/Y INDIANA. With a strong background in guest service and interior care, she is dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
Her yachting experience includes time onboard S/Y SILVERLINING (28m) and M/Y LOHENGRIN (49m), where she developed her skills in housekeeping, laundry, table setting, and provisioning, always maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
Naturally organised and thoughtful, Cherry takes pride in anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail is taken care of. In her free time, she enjoys baking and exploring new recipes, reflecting her passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable experiences onboard.

Edwin is the deckhand onboard M/Y INDIANA and he wears that responsibility with pride and a big smile. Since joining the yacht in 2020, he’s taken care of everything topside, from tender driving and PWC operations to painting, varnishing, anchoring, and keeping the deck in top condition. He’s also the go-to guy for water sports, always making sure guests have a fun, safe time on the water.
Originally from the Philippines and now based in Phuket, Edwin brings a warm, easygoing energy that guests and crew alike appreciate. Before stepping onboard M/Y INDIANA, he gained valuable experience on S/Y SERENITY (30m), where his love for the sea and strong work ethic first took root.
Whether he’s helping launch a tender or scrubbing down the deck, Edwin is always up for the task - and always ready with a laugh. He’s a true all-rounder who keeps things running smoothly, no matter what the day brings.
