His career spans a wide range of private and charter yachts, from boutique smaller vessels to large-scale superyachts, giving him a well-rounded and adaptable approach to onboard dining. Working freelance, Anil joins with a focus on delivering memorable, guest-focused dining during charters. His style is versatile and approachable, drawing on a wide range of cuisines including Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, sushi, and Arabic, as well as fresh bakery and pastry. Whether it’s a relaxed lunch, a beautifully plated dinner, or a beach barbecue, he enjoys tailoring menus to suit each group and keeping things interesting throughout the trip.

Since joining M/Y INDIANA in 2018, Ninad has taken charge of navigational planning, safety drills, maintenance schedules, and guest watersports - all while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Captain across all departments. He’s also the go-to guy for water sports, always making sure guests have a fun, safe time on the water.
