Kristy was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and grew up in a sheltered town close to the famous Stellenboch winelands. She spent many holidays aboard her parents sailing yachts, including a year around the Caribbean. Kristy's extensive traveling during her childhood fueled her travel bug and introduced her to the world of yachting. In 2014, Kristy received her Bachelor's degree from FEDISA in Fashion, but before she stepped into a job working 9-5 in London, she decided to take a gap year. During her gap year she began working on yachts and never looked back. Kristy thoroughly enjoys making people happy and is able to juggle a multitude of tasks, making yachting the perfect career choice! She is patient and brings a magnetically bright energy while cultivating positive and memorable experiences for guests. Kristy's creative nature and love for table scaping allow her to truly WOW charter guests and give them a most magical charter experience. Kirsty guides her interior team with precision and caring ...a finer service team would be hard to find at sea!

Kayde was born on the “Sunny South Coast” of South Africa where he grew near the beach with his sister and parents. His family owned a surf shop, and he can attest his continually evolving passion for the yachting industry to his childhood spent on the ocean. After working as a professional enduro motor bike racer, Kayde took a leap of faith and started his yachting career in 2022. Kayde can be descried as dependable, motivated and always a team player. He is a great asset to the team on INVICTUS and knows that teamwork truly does make the dream work! While on charter, Kayde enjoys interacting with guests during watersport activities and showing the, around on the tender.

Jade “Summer” Wells, originally from Durban, South Africa, grew up in a close-knit family with two older brothers and parents who inspired her love for the simple joys in life. A natural people person with a passion for organization and service, Jade worked in hospitality, promotions, and childcare before joining the yachting industry in late 2021, inspired by her brother’s experiences at sea. She has since gained experience on PLVS VLTRA (74m) and NAUTILUS (73m) before joining INVICTUS as 3rd Stewardess. Active and adventurous, Jade enjoys hiking, paddle, running, yoga, HIIT workouts, ocean walks, and ice baths. Known for her friendly, bubbly, and lighthearted nature, she thrives in team-oriented environments and brings positivity and dedication to her role. Grateful for INVICTUS’ supportive crew, she looks forward to contributing her best each day while growing her skills in the industry.

Lloyd grew up in the small sea-side town of St Francis Bay in South Africa where his family was involved in the commercial fishing industry. This environment gave him a strong passion for the sea and if he wasn’t diving, he was fishing! Lloyd earned a Diploma in Graphic and Media Design from NMMU in Port Elizabeth in 2008 and worked as a graphic designer before joining the yachting industry in 2011. He is always pursuing the next level of certification to keep aiming higher in the yachting industry. He has a warm, easy going nature and wonderful people skills – Lloyd believes that treating people with respect and basically being a good human always comes first! He has a keen eye for detail which, combined with his resourcefulness and professionalism, makes him the perfect fit for the exceptional team onboard INVICTUS. Lloyd thrives in a high-pressure environment and is capable, efficient, hardworking and extremely reliable. He finds it personally rewarding to see guests happy and loves to help them create lifelong memories!

Wesley was born and raised in the small town of Scottburgh on the east coast of South Africa where he spent most of his childhood at beach or in the sea. After school Wesley studied advanced photography at the Vega College in 2011 while working as a bartender and freelance photographer. In 2014, Wesley decided to leave South Africa and join the yachting industry to pursue his desire to travel around the world. Wesley has always had an easy going, positive attitude and is happy to work hard, finding great satisfaction in a job well done. He enjoys the professional atmosphere on INVICTUS and the fantastic dynamic with the multinational crew onboard. He really likes the variety of charter guests which makes every trip fresh and exciting.

Luca Fourie was born in Nelspruit, South Africa, where his love for the outdoors began on his family’s farm. At ten, his family moved to the coastal town of Hartenbos, sparking his passion for the ocean. After matriculating in 2021, he worked as a waiter before joining yachting in 2022 to combine travel, the sea, and cultural experiences.
Dependable and hard-working, Luca brings a positive attitude and team spirit to the INVICTUS crew. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of chartering and is always ready to jump in and get the job done while ensuring guests have a great experience!

Stephen was born in Cheltenham and raised in Cirencester, England with his sister. His father was a Policeman, his mother a Teacher and his sister is an RAF Officer. Having a passion for engineering and a love of the ocean, Stephen went on to study and receive his honours in BEng Marine Engineering and Management at Solent University, Southampton in 2016. Once he had the knowledge and certification behind him, Stephen went into a Cadetship with Carnival UK, on the prestigious QUEEN MARY II. Stephen has a positive work ethic and friendly demeanor which makes him a great addition to INVICTUS.

Christopher was born in Margate, a small coastal town in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where he spent most of his childhood enjoying the beach and ocean. From a young age, he embraced an active outdoor lifestyle before moving to Durban for high school, where he attended boarding school. Coming from a close family of four, with an older sister living in Budapest, Christopher still maintains strong ties to his roots in South Africa.Easygoing and dedicated, Christopher brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to the INVICTUS crew. With a love for the ocean and a background shaped by coastal living, he is eager to contribute to the team and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience on board.

Joshua O’Reilly was born in London, England, and grew up in Sussex with his Irish father, English mother, twin sister, and two younger siblings. With a lifelong interest in sailing and the sea, he went on to study marine engineering in Glasgow before starting his yachting career in 2019 after time working on cruise ships.
Positive, fun, and skilled at fixing things, Joshua enjoys the variety and travel that yachting offers. Since joining INVICTUS, he has appreciated the opportunity to explore destinations like Los Angeles and Savannah while keeping the vessel running smoothly.
