Mark hails from the Queen City in the South of Cebu, Philippines where he grew up with his parents and two siblings. In his younger years, Mark dreamt of a life travelling and working around the world; a dream that has become a reality for him. Having a passion for hospitality, Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and after graduation, he worked in the cruise ship industry before following his brother to the yachting sector. Mark has vast experience in the housekeeping department and continuously maintains extremely high standards. He is passionate about his job and always strives to go above and beyond what is asked of him. Mark has the perfect optimistic attitude to deal with anything that is thrown his way and is proud to be working on INVICTUS alongside his brother Dexter.

Luca Fourie was born in Nelspruit, South Africa, where his love for the outdoors began on his family’s farm. At ten, his family moved to the coastal town of Hartenbos, sparking his passion for the ocean. After matriculating in 2021, he worked as a waiter before joining yachting in 2022 to combine travel, the sea, and cultural experiences.
Dependable and hard-working, Luca brings a positive attitude and team spirit to the INVICTUS crew. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of chartering and is always ready to jump in and get the job done while ensuring guests have a great experience!

Luca Fourie

Dan is originally from Durban, South Africa, where he grew up in a family of four with three sisters. After earning his Bachelor of Business in Stellenbosch, he moved to Toronto, Canada, where he founded and ran a media company focused on videography and social media work.
In 2021, Dan joined the yachting industry to get out of South Africa and see the world, embracing the adventure and new opportunities the industry offers.

Born and raised in London, England, Bianca joined the yachting industry in 2014 after a successful career in dentistry, where she qualified as a dental nurse before advancing into practice management. Having also spent part of her childhood living in the Philippines, she developed a love of travel and experiencing different cultures from an early age.
Bianca has become known for her creativity, positivity, and exceptional guest service. She especially enjoys creating memorable charter experiences through themed events and interactive activities for guests of all ages. A true people person, Bianca brings warmth, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to every charter aboard INVICTUS.

Bianca Singh

Jose comes from a small family raised in the city of Viana do Castelo, Portugal. His childhood home was just a stone’s throw away from the sea, allowing him to excel in kite and wind surfing. At the age of 16, Jose worked as a bartender in a café, learning the art of craft cocktails and how to make the perfect cappuccino. At 18, Jose enlisted in the Portuguese army where he remained for 7 years. Following his service, Jose mastered a bit of everything, working jobs as an electrician, carpenter, painter, plumber and miscellaneous mechanical positions. In 2018, Jose heard about yachting and said “why not, lets give it a try!”. He loves the structure on board INVICTUS, with all practices being by the book. Jose has a calm demeanor with an affinity for adventure and is an adrenaline junkie (in a good way), enjoying sky diving, and bungee jumping. Crew can count on Jose to provide a positive attitude making for a fun working environment as well as a shoulder to cry on. He loves seeing the sparkle in guests' eyes when they arrive to an exotic location and enjoys sharing in the excitement.

Jose Neves

Paolo is a seasoned yacht captain with over 25 years of experience in the luxury yachting industry. Holding a Master Unlimited license, he has commanded vessels up to 67 meters and successfully managed global itineraries spanning more than 65,000 nautical miles. Paolo brings extensive expertise in new builds, refits, and technical oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. His leadership style is professional and communicative, with a strong focus on safety, crew development, and guest satisfaction. Known for creating bespoke cruising experiences, Paolo combines operational excellence with hospitality to deliver five-star service for owners and guests worldwide.

Stephen was born in Cheltenham and raised in Cirencester, England with his sister. His father was a Policeman, his mother a teacher and his sister is an RAF Officer. Having a passion for engineering and a love of the ocean, Stephen went on to study and receive his honours in BEng Marine Engineering and Management at Solent University, Southampton in 2016. Once he had the knowledge and certification behind him, Stephen went into a Cadetship with Carnival UK, on the prestigious QUEEN MARY II. Stephen has a positive work ethic and friendly demeanor which makes him a great addition to INVICTUS.

Stephen Williams

Born in Hillingdon, North London, and raised between South England and North Wales, Charlie moved to Llandudno at age seven. Growing up in a close‑knit family with an older brother helped shape his strong work ethic, loyalty, and team‑focused mindset.
He began his maritime career in 2016 as a cadet engineer on oil and chemical tankers before transitioning to yachting in 2019. Charlie holds an HNC in Marine Engineering and is EOOW certified, bringing solid technical expertise from both commercial shipping and large yachts. Approachable and dependable, he is known for his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Easygoing and dedicated, Christopher brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to the INVICTUS crew. With a love for the ocean and a background shaped by coastal living, he is eager to contribute to the team and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience on board.

She joined yachting in 2023, drawn to the adventure, hands-on work, and opportunity to create memorable guest experiences. Known for her attention to detail, team spirit, and sharp sense of humour, Katherine is a positive force on board. She thrives in guest-facing roles and loves the creative side of chartering - from themed table setups to making sure every guest feels right at home.
