Throughout his career, Georgios has held long-standing positions on yachts such as M/Y KAMBOS BLUE, M/Y CELESTE, and M/Y ATALANTI, where he served as Chef and Boatswain, ensuring consistency, creativity, and high-quality gastronomy for his guests. His practical knowledge is complemented by training with acclaimed chefs like Stelios Parliaros and Andreas Lagos, as well as his participation in professional chef competitions and televised culinary programs.

Georgios’ calm demeanor, dedication to safety, and team spirit are key elements of his onboard presence. He is also a certified Skipper and Lifeguard, making him a dynamic and reliable crew member. Off duty, he enjoys tennis, mountain climbing, and volunteering as a rescuer.
