Her leadership style is hands-on and detail-oriented, complemented by excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor. Outside of her yachting career, Sarah enjoys swimming, tennis, cycling, reading, cooking and attending live comedy shows—bringing a well-rounded and energetic spirit to any crew. Alessia holds Food & Wine/Cocktail Service certification, among others, and is a qualified Rescue Diver. During her spare time, she is passionate about photography, hiking, running, and exploration. She has worked on private and charter yachts up to 70m, such as 65m+ M/Y BLUE SHADOW and 70m+ M/Y UM ALHOUL. With a Professional Spa Certificate and extensive experience in massage therapy, skincare, and wellness treatments, Widyawati offers a unique combination of service excellence and guest relaxation. She is a hardworking, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional, committed to maintaining high standards and enhancing guest experiences. His past experience includes roles as an ETO/AVIT Engineer on prestigious vessels such as 90m M/Y LUNA and 72m M/Y KOGO, where he managed complex AV/IT infrastructures, electrical systems, and major refits. Holding an HNC in Electronics & Communications and an ONC in Mechanical Engineering, Daniel is a problem-solver who thrives under pressure. Fluent in English and currently learning French and Spanish, he brings technical expertise and a detail-oriented approach to every project. Daniel is now ready to bring his expertise onboard ISABELL PRINCESS OF THE SEA and he will make sure guests and crew are always in a safe environment.

A Polish national, Kristof has logged over 20 Atlantic crossings, numerous shipyard periods, and extensive survey work across vessels ranging from 27m to 62m. Known for his hands-on technical expertise, Kristof excels in troubleshooting, AV systems, and modern engineering operations. He brings a collaborative spirit, a solutions-driven mindset, and a deep commitment to vessel safety and performance. When he is not on board, Kristof enjoys playing guitar. He is excited for his new role and he will assure safety for clients and crew on board ISABELL PRINCESS OF THE SEA.

Renowned for consistently delivering high-end experiences that exceed client expectations, Christoff also maintains a strong record of discretion, safety, and cost efficiency. Originally from Poland, Michael began his maritime career at a young age, skippering sailing vessels by 19 and training cadets in the challenging waters of the Baltic and North Seas. His early years at sea laid the foundation for true seamanship, honed further through his role as an officer and later Chief Mate on large sailing ships. Over the past three decades, Michael has commanded some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts, with his first captaincy beginning in 1989. He brings a reputation for longevity and loyalty, having spent eight years aboard Hana and La Masquerade, followed by a successful tenure as build captain and long-time master of HERE COMES THE SUN. His cruising experience spans the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Red Sea, Alaska, West Africa, South America, and the South China Sea. With a strong background in shipyard projects at renowned yards such as Lürssen, Feadship, and Amels, Michael combines technical expertise with operational excellence. In his free time, he enjoys kitesurfing, hands-on projects, and gardening.

Known for her personality, professionalism, and sharp eye for detail, Jenny thrives in delivering high standards of guest service, housekeeping, and interior presentation. She brings leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset, ensuring a smooth, high-standard interior operation. Certified in WSET Level 2 Wines and BIIAB Level 2 Food Safety, Jenny brings refined knowledge to food and beverage service, including creative cocktail-making, wine pairings, and themed table settings. Her passion for flower arranging, table décor, and guest interaction allows her to create a warm and memorable onboard experience.
