Joaquín Ayun is a yacht chef with over 10 years of international culinary experience across the Mediterranean, Latin America, and Asia. Most recently, he served as Sole Chef aboard a 30m sailing yacht, where he managed all galley operations, provisioning, menu planning, and delivered exceptional cuisine for up to 8 guests and 5 crew during extended voyages throughout the Greek Islands. Specialising in Mediterranean, Italian, Nikkei, Japanese, and Latin American cuisine, Joaquín is passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create refined yet approachable dishes. His expertise includes seafood, Argentinian BBQ, homemade pasta, bread making, pastry, and balanced menu development. Having worked in renowned restaurants in Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, Andorra, and Spain, he combines creativity with excellent organisation, hygiene standards, and calm professionalism in demanding environments. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Joaquín is dedicated to providing outstanding dining experiences for both guests and crew.

Eloisa D’Orsi is a highly experienced and multilingual stewardess and deckhand with an extensive background in luxury yacht charters throughout the Mediterranean. With over a decade of experience onboard both sailing and motor yachts, she brings a warm, professional, and adaptable presence to every charter environment.
Originally from Italy and fluent in Spanish and French, with good English, Portuguese, and Catalan, Eloisa is particularly skilled at creating a welcoming atmosphere for international guests while maintaining high service standards onboard. Her experience ranges from boutique day charters to luxury multi-day cruising programs across the Balearics, Sardinia, Greece, the Côte d’Azur, and Barcelona.
Eloisa has worked aboard a wide variety of vessels including Lagoon 62 catamarans, Bali catamarans, Sunreef, Pershing, Sunseeker, Azimut yachts, and gulets.
Her hospitality background combined with her practical deck experience makes her an excellent all-round crew member for charter operations such as JARANA, where guest comfort, professionalism, and smooth onboard service are essential.

Captain Martin Garcia is an experienced and versatile yacht captain with an extensive background in both sailing and motor yachts, private charter operations, and technical vessel management throughout the Balearics and Mediterranean. With over 15 years of experience at sea, Martin brings a hands-on approach onboard, combining excellent navigation skills with strong guest service and operational management.
He has captained and operated a wide range of vessels including Lagoon 52 & 56, Bali 4.0/4.1, Hanse 63, Bavaria 50, and large passenger catamarans and schooners, making him particularly well suited for luxury charter catamarans such as JARANA. His cruising experience spans Spain, the Balearics, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Albania, and Monaco.
Martin's background also includes regatta participation, sailing instruction, yacht maintenance, crew coordination, and VIP guest care, allowing him to deliver safe, smooth, and enjoyable charter experiences.
Holding qualifications including Yacht Captain, PPER, Port Captain up to 150GT, GMDSS, and extensive STCW certifications, Martin combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine passion for the sea and charter hospitality.
Matin speaks Spanish and English.
