Born and raised in southern England between Bristol and Falmouth, Tim was introduced to sailing at a young age and quickly developed a deep respect for the sea. Summers were spent racing and working on charters, laying the foundation for a lifelong maritime career. He entered the superyacht industry at 18 and took on his first captain’s role by the age of 23. Since then, Tim has completed over 180 successful charters throughout the Mediterranean. When he's not on the water, he enjoys staying active with road cycling, running, golf, and tennis, and values time spent with his family.

Born and raised on the Côte d’Azur in the South of France, Dylan has always had a deep connection to the sea. From navigating boats to mastering water sports, life on the water has been second nature to him. A passionate surfer, he travels the world chasing the perfect wave—a spirit of adventure he brings to his role on board. Now in his third season with JEMS and with five years of prior yachting experience, Dylan leads deck operations with energy and professionalism. He takes pride in keeping the yacht in top condition and loves taking guests out to enjoy the full range of water toys, ensuring every moment on board is filled with fun and excitement.

Originally from the cold Northern country of Finland, Iida’s story is anything but frosty. Growing up across sun-soaked corners of the world—from Florida’s beaches to Singapore’s vibrant cityscapes—she developed an early fascination with cultures, cuisines, and the art of making people feel at home, no matter where they are. Backed by years of hands-on experience and a formal education in hospitality, Iida has has a love for crafting unforgettable guest experiences. She’s a natural problem-solver with a curious mind and a can-do spirit, always ready to go the extra mile to turn moments into memories.

Originally from the coastal city of Durres, Albania, Arlind has always had a passion for electronics and mechanics. His career began in 2003 as a laser machine programmer in Italy, but by 2008, he found his true calling in the yachting industry. Since then, he’s worked aboard various yachts, cruising extensively through the Mediterranean. Now based in Sanremo, Italy, Arlind enjoys time at home with his wife and two children whenever he's off duty, making the most of life both at sea and on shore.

Off duty, Kevin’s passions include surfing, archery, and hiking. His dream? To one day sail the trade winds on a yacht of his own. Until then, he’s proud to be part of the Jems crew, bringing energy, skill, and a spirit of adventure to every journey.
