Roko comes with extensive experience and knowledge in both the merchant and the yachting industry. After finishing high school, he started as an engineer assistant on bulk carriers and container vessels. His great desire was to connect with the sea as much as possible, so he decided to make a change in his maritime career. Therefore, in 2020, he joined a 30 meter charter yacht. Roko is a reliable and very responsible crew member, he has a smiling and positive attitude. He will assist you with water sports and drive you to hidden beaches and bays by tender.

Kanita embarked on her yachting career in 2021, taking on roles as both a stewardess and a deckhand. Her passion for yachting quickly blossomed, and she now brings out the great energy and enthusiasm in her job. Always with a smile on her face, Kanita excels at creating a welcoming atmosphere that you will enjoy. She possesses excellent communication skills and most importantly, she is very flexible, hardworking and responsible crew member.

Marina gained a valuable insight into the yachting industry, being a part of it for the last 12 years. During her maritime career working as a Chef on board vessels ranging from 30m up to 50m, she became a real expert in the kitchen. Her approach towards cooking has always been driven by passion. Marina pays maximum attention to detail and not only she takes care of clients personal culinary taste but is also focused on use of seasonal and local grown fresh products. Captain Tomislav is a passionate sailor, with a high level of respect, knowledge and enthusiasm for yachting. After graduation, he has been working on large tanker ships and soon decided to transition into yachting industry - and loves every aspect of this job! He brings more than 7 years of experience, youth and energy and looks forward to providing charter guests with an amazing experience onboard M/Y JICJ. Tomislav is here to ensure that your stay is memorable and luxurious. Apart from sailing, his another great passion are motorcycles. In his free time, you can often find him playing a guitar.
