Anastasios grew up in a small village in northern Greece, where food was at the heart of family life. From a young age, he fell in love with cooking, helping in the kitchen and learning how meals could bring people together.
Over the past 21 years, he has worked as a chef on super yachts, and along the way, found a second passion — the sea. Traveling the world has given him the opportunity to explore new cuisines, experiment with flavours, and pick up techniques from different cultures.
What he loves most is creating dishes that make people happy. Whether it’s a casual lunch or a special occasion, seeing guests enjoy his food is the most rewarding part of what he does.

She is a dynamic allrounder and her dedication and diligence will ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay on board. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family.

Lefteris grew up in Athens Alimos near the sea and graduated as an Engine officer from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos. He has been in the shipping industry for over 14 years and in the yachting industry for 5 years and brings experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht and her services. His motto is ‘Safety First’.

Konstantinos grew up in Piraeus, Piraiki by the sea where he developed a passion for sailing and water sports. Having completed his sailing qualifications, he decided to pursue a full-time career in the yachting industry. Always with a smile and friendly attitude, Konstantinos as deckhand, is at your full disposal and will be the first to jump in the water to prepare the water sports.

Ippokratis was born and raised in the city of Piraeus, a major port of Europe so it was no surprise when he followed a nautical career. Ippokratis has over 17 years of experience at sea of which 14 years extensive experience on charter and private yachts travelling in popular destinations around the world. He has sailed all the Mediterranean, Indian Ocean, and Red Sea. Now part of the bridge and deck team, he is organising water sports, tender runs and he makes sure everyone feels safe and happy on board.

Nicolas was born in France but at a young age he moved to Greece. At the age of 20 he decided to follow his passion in gastronomy and trained and advanced to the highest standards in the most exquisite Michelin restaurants. For the next 25 years, he worked in very demanding and award-winning (Michelin Star) restaurants and hotels in Greece as Restaurant Captain, and Project Manager. The sea has always been a passion for Nicolas, so he joined the yachting industry where he has spent the past 3 years. Nicolas has admirable leadership skills and is always preparing his team for the sole purpose of satisfying his guests, paying attention to the smallest details making the guests experience on board memorable and unique.

Marios was born and raised in the southern suburbs of Athens. His father, being a fisherman with his own boat, did not take long to pass on to Marios his immense love for the sea. From the age of 18 he started work in the family business and later on he was involved in the maintenance of luxury yachts. For the last 22 years Marios has been working in the yaching industry being an expirienced bosun and certified divemaster. Running tenders and watersports, he always strives to create the most memorable vaccations for our guests. In his free time he enjoys riding his motorbike and sky diving.

Georgios was born in Athens and studied Shipping Management at the American College. He began working on yachts at a young age to gain hands-on experience in the yachting industry. He holds several certifications, including Ship Security Officer, Life Saving and Fire Fighting, and Ro-Ro Passenger safety.
Fluent in English, Georgios is an active and adventurous person. In his spare time, he enjoys running, swimming, CrossFit, and travelling.
