With over 22 years of experience in the yachting industry, Marios is a highly skilled Bosun and certified Divemaster. He expertly manages tenders and water sports operations, always ensuring safety and fun for guests while creating unforgettable experiences on the water.
In his free time, Marios enjoys riding his motorbike and skydiving, pursuits that reflect his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors.

Dimitris is an accomplished Chef, bringing refined culinary expertise and a strong background in both fine dining restaurants and luxury yachting. A graduate of the prestigious Le Monde Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies, he began his career in some of Athens’ most renowned restaurants before transitioning to the yachting industry in 2017.
With a solid foundation in culinary arts, Dimitris specializes in a wide range of cuisines, placing particular emphasis on premium local ingredients and seasonality. He has further enhanced his skills through specialized training in Italian cuisine, sushi and molecular gastronomy, allowing him to craft creative and diverse menus tailored to each guest’s preferences.
Known for his approachable yet independent nature, Dimitris is passionate about exceeding expectations and delivering memorable dining experiences at sea. His talent and dedication have been recognized at the Mediterranean Yacht Show Chef’s Competition, where he achieved 2nd place in the Platinum category in 2017, 3rd place in 2023 and 2nd place in 2024, a testament to his consistency and high standards.

As Deckhand onboard M/Y JO I, Konstantinos brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every task. Always with a smile, he ensures that all water sports and deck activities run smoothly, and he’s often the first to dive in to get everything ready for the guests.

With extensive technical knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility, Lefteris ensures the smooth and safe operation of all yacht systems and services. Highly dedicated and meticulous, he takes great pride in maintaining M/Y JO I to the highest standards. His professional motto “Safety First” perfectly reflects his approach to every aspect of his work.

Born and raised in Piraeus, one of Europe’s most important ports, Ippokratis Koumartzis was naturally drawn to a career at sea. With over 17 years of maritime experience, 14 of which have been dedicated to charter and private yachts, he has travelled extensively across the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean, and the Red Sea.
As First Officer onboard M/Y JO I, Ippokratis plays a key role in bridge operations and deck management. He ensures the smooth coordination of water sports and tender activities, always prioritizing the safety and enjoyment of guests. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and dedication make him a valuable member of the crew and a trusted right hand to the Captain.

Born in France and raised in Greece, Nicolas Barbier developed an early passion for gastronomy and hospitality. At the age of 20, he began his culinary journey, training to the highest standards in some of the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. Over the next 25 years, he built an impressive career in award-winning establishments across Greece, holding senior roles such as Restaurant Captain and Project Manager.
Drawn by his love for the sea, Nicolas transitioned into the yachting industry, where he has spent the past years refining the art of onboard service. His exceptional leadership skills, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every guest’s experience on M/Y JO I is both memorable and unique. Nicolas leads by example, creating a warm, elegant, and seamless service environment that consistently exceeds expectations.
