There is a sheltered al fresco dining table with comfortable seating. Further aft are settees and expansive sunpads for making the most of the sunshine and views which can also be converted into a luxurious jacuzzi.

Lara’s promising skills are complemented by her fabulous creative side, inspired by a love for the ocean and global travels. Lara’s welcoming and warm personality ensures a delightful experience for guests, as she aspires to create truly memorable charters. With a passion for providing the best service and a desire for personal growth, Lara embraces the journey, aiming to continually enhance her skills while exploring the world.

Gabriele is a very skilled young chef with an extensive experience. He took a diploma as Food Technician and then left for his Military Service in the Navy. Here his passion for the sea grew stronger and he decided to deepen his culinary skills through a series of professional courses to get a job on pleasure yachts.

He attended the “Typical Italian Cuisine”, “Bread and Patisserie” and “Indonesian and Balinese Cuisine” courses and he worked for several years in important Italian restaurants until he became Head Chef. Then he got all the necessary maritime licenses and embarked on very large yachts.

He has a very dynamic approach to work, hes specialized in Italian cuisine but he loves to experiment with fresh seasonal products, according to the guests tastes and preferences. Hes also very skilled in cooking sushi and sashimi and his cakes are heavenly!

Josh studied electrical engineering before beginning his career in yachting, bringing a strong technical foundation and a solutions-driven approach to the vessel’s maintenance and reliability. Raised by a father who served as an engineer in the navy, he grew up immersed in practical, hands-on work, helping with repairs and building a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems. This early experience shaped his commitment to precision, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Outside of engineering, Josh is passionate about fitness and the outdoors. He enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and hiking, and brings the same energy and focus to his work on board. He takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of operation and ensuring the yacht remains safe, efficient, and ready for guests to enjoy.

From a sailing background in New Zealand and Australia her love for being on the water started from a young age. With a Bachelor of commerce degree majoring in management as well as a creative flare, Alexandra has the essential skills which will ensure your stay is an unforgettable, once in a life time experience.
