Vido was born and raised in Montenegro, where his deep love for the water was nurtured by his seaside upbringing. His passion for maritime pursuits led him to pursue his education at Maritime High School. Initially, Vido embarked on his career working on cargo ships, but in 2017, he made the transition to the yachting industry. Having previously worked alongside Captain Renato on M/Y CASA, their synergy makes them an exceptional team. Vido is a highly motivated and energetic Engineer, constantly seeking an exciting and fast-paced role that allows him to demonstrate his ability to thrive under pressure and deliver meticulous attention to detail. He takes great pride in ensuring that all engineering projects are expertly managed, guaranteeing the boat's seaworthiness at all times. During his leisure time, Vido enjoys exploring new destinations, indulging in fishing excursions, and engaging in friendly football matches.

Grew up with a strong passion for ocean, sea life and travelling which has led her to explore many places worldwide. Maja joined yachting industry in 2014 , working on yachts from 25 - 45 meters. She will go the extra mile to ensure that all guests onboard M/Y JOURNEY have a fantastic time on board. She is a goal oriented person, driven with enthusiasm and dedication, her motivated attitude is evident in all her duties, which she takes great pride in. Very friendly oriented, team player in order to create connections and create comfortable working environment. Throughout her life, she carried artistic note, which now she implements in boats interior, taking care of the flower arrangements and furniture in general. Great communication skills together with lovely personality makes Maja a great choice for putting a smile on clients faces.

With years of experience as Chief Engineer, Dragoljub brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the ship's engineering department. His close friendship with Captain Vido ensures a strong working relationship and seamless collaboration between the ship's command and engineering teams. Dragoljub is known for his dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to ensuring the vessel operates at its best. With his experience, he plays a vital role in the success of the crew and the yacht's missions.

With a distinguished culinary career spanning Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury yachts, Chef Lucas brings world-class expertise to M/Y Journey. Trained at the prestigious Ferrandi School in Paris, he refined his craft at renowned establishments such as Mirazur (3*, Ledoyen (3***), and Le Meurice, before owning and operating his own restaurant in Antibes. As a seasoned yacht chef, he has helmed the galleys of 40m and 50m vessels, delivering exceptional fine dining experiences tailored to guests’ preferences.After his time in intense kitchens of Michelin star restaurants, Lucas sought new challenges and moved into the yachting industry. From 2014 to 2015 he was the sole chef on the private vessel, M/Y Deja Vu (50m), cooking for the owners and crew. The following year he worked as the sole chef on Med based charter yacht M/Y Revelry (40m) cooking for the owners and charter guests (up to 12) and the 8 crew. His time on yachts developed his ability to cater to international clients including Russian, American and Asian guests, catering to various dietary preferences.

Born and raised in Zadar, Croatia. He comes form a family of seafarers and he spent most of his life on sea. He joined yacht industry back in 2004, and since then he enjoys working on yacht and making sure that guest have a memorable experience. Marko will assist you with water sports, drive you to hidden beaches and bays by tender, or help to improve your skills on jet-ski. He is an enthusiastic, reliable, pleasant to be around with, individual who will operate his job to the highest standards. Marko is looking forward to meeting new people, learning new languages and he is very happy to be a part of a successful charter team

Marko is a hardworking and detail-oriented Deckhand with over 15 years of experience at sea. His expertise includes yacht operations, tender driving, watchkeeping, and guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on board Journey. Marko has worked on prestigious yachts such as M/Y Karma C, M/Y Navetta 30, and M/Y Fairline Squadron 74 (Illusion), cruising extensively through Croatia, Montenegro, Greece, and Malta. His skills in exterior and interior maintenance, water sports assistance, and hospitality make him a valuable asset to the team. Known for his calm and positive attitude, Marko is committed to delivering the highest level of service, whether assisting with mooring, maintaining the yacht’s pristine condition, or ensuring guest comfort. He looks forward to welcoming guests aboard Journey and making their time at sea unforgettable.
