What is your favourite restaurant in the world?
“I don’t have a particular favourite restaurant as I believe every dining experience is unique and special in its own way. However, one of my most memorable experiences was a seafood extravaganza under the stars on the beach in Jimbaran Bay, Bali. The combination of fresh, locally caught seafood, the smoky aroma from the traditional grills and the serene ocean backdrop made it unforgettable.”

What has been your highlight while being a crew member?
"There are endless highlights to being part of this industry, I have friends all over the world that I will forever keep in contact with, I have gained so much knowledge in everything from service and housekeeping to DIY. I have worked with so many nationalities that I feel I have grown hugely as a person for any social setting that I am confronted with. I have been so lucky to see so much of the world, places that I probably would never have seen with out yachting. I feel yachting has shaped me to be the best version of myself with life experiences I would have taken years to achieve such as traveling around Australia for a year. It's the best decision I ever made.“
What would you be doing if it wasn't yachting?
"If I wasn’t in yachting, my dream would be to set up an incredible beach club somewhere hot and fitness would be in my daily routine. Running my own gym and living in Australia is also a big aspiration of mine."

Where is your favourite place you have been while working on yachts, and why was it your favourite?
"Northeast Sardinia. Pristine waters, so many gorgeous islands (specifically Budelli Island), coastal hikes with a large number of secluded beaches en route. Porto Cervo has some great shopping and open terraces for drinks and nibbles."
Do you have any skills to highlight that make a difference on board?
"Flower arranging and tablescapes! I’ve always loved being creative, so florals and table styling are such a fun outlet for me. Both of my parents are well established in the gardening world, I’ve been wondering around the garden and arranging posies since I was young. When it comes to tablescapes, I love working with a theme and seeing how everything can come together, especially when embracing a “more is more” approach."
