Holding a Class A Engineer License and an MSc in Shipping Management, Stefanos has accumulated over 13 years of engineering experience, including more than 5 years as Chief Engineer on bulk carriers and nearly 4 years as 1st Engineer on large private and commercial yachts.

His yacht experience includes key roles aboard M/Y Speranza, M/Y Tika II, M/Y Oktana, and M/Y Kalimera, where he has demonstrated consistent technical excellence, preventative maintenance expertise, and efficient troubleshooting. Stefanos also has two years of superintendent engineering experience overseeing a fleet of 115 vessels, which adds strategic management insight to his practical skill set.

Proficient in all major vessel systems, PMS platforms, and ISM/ISPS protocols, Stefanos brings a detail-oriented, safety-first mentality to every engine room. His calm leadership and strong communication skills make him a respected figure among crew and an asset to high-standard charter operations.

Nicolas is a highly versatile and service-minded Bosun with a strong background in both deck operations and luxury hospitality. With over a decade of hands-on experience on commercial and private motor yachts ranging from 78ft to 220ft, he combines excellent seamanship with refined guest service skills.

Having worked on yachts such as M/Y Endless Summer, M/Y Atalanti, and the iconic M/Y Elegant, Nicolas is well-versed in all aspects of exterior maintenance, mooring operations, water toys handling, and guest interaction. His career also includes earlier roles as steward, sommelier, and hotel manager, making him exceptionally adaptable and attentive to detail in guest-facing environments.

Nicolas holds STCW certification and a speed boat operator license. His education in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage gives him an edge in delivering high standards of service in luxury charters. Fluent in English and Greek, he brings a courteous, professional, and proactive presence on board.

She has served on well-known vessels including M/Y Tyndareo (45m), M/Y Fan One (31m), and most recently M/Y Spica and M/Y Vega A LYR (both 35m, Malta-flagged). Throughout her time at sea, she has developed a well-rounded skill set that covers everything from interior detailing and cabin service to provisioning and guest support.

Katerina also holds a university degree in Nutrition Science, giving her a unique understanding of guest dietary preferences and wellness-oriented service. She is STCW-compliant with a valid Seaman’s Book and speaks English fluently.

With formal training from IEK XINI in Thessaloniki and numerous culinary seminars under his belt, Evangelos combines technical precision with artistic flair. Known for his fruit & vegetable carving, elegant plating, and exceptional flavor balance, he creates memorable gastronomic experiences tailored to the preferences of discerning guests.

Evangelos’s professional journey includes positions as Head Chef in acclaimed venues such as Chefi, ALO, and Sir Ten, and he has also served as Private Chef in exclusive residences and luxury settings. His adaptability, calm under pressure, and deep respect for quality ingredients make him a valuable asset for charter operations seeking elevated cuisine and flawless service.
