His yacht experience includes key roles aboard M/Y Speranza, M/Y Tika II, M/Y Oktana, and M/Y Kalimera, where he has demonstrated consistent technical excellence, preventative maintenance expertise, and efficient troubleshooting. Stefanos also has two years of superintendent engineering experience overseeing a fleet of 115 vessels, which adds strategic management insight to his practical skill set.

Throughout his career, George has worked across Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, France, and St. Barth, gaining valuable multicultural culinary experience. His background with Viking River Cruises further strengthened his expertise in fine dining, allergen management, provisioning, and high-volume service while maintaining impeccable presentation and organization standards.

He began his career in 2009 and has held senior positions on cruise ships, Ro-Ro vessels, and motor yachts. Since 2023, he has been commanding the private M/Y MIMA, where he has demonstrated strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to delivering smooth, luxurious, and secure charter experiences.

His career also includes earlier roles as steward, sommelier, and hotel manager, making him exceptionally adaptable and attentive to detail in guest-facing environments.

Nicolas holds STCW certification and a speed boat operator license. His education in Hotel Management and Food & Beverage gives him an edge in delivering high standards of service in luxury charters. Fluent in English and Greek, he brings a courteous, professional, and proactive presence on board.
