Rajendra comes from the hilly area of India. He started his career in very early age with a culinary diploma from Dehradun, India, and moved to Goa for further experience. There he got the chance to work for KALIZMA’ s previous owner at his Villa, as Indian and Asian cuisine specialist. KALIZMA in 2014. Since then, he supports Prabhakar with his long-standing experience.
Working closely with the Head Chef & the Interior team, he also extends a helping hand in housekeeping and service.

Born in Mokokchung, Nagaland of India, she started her yachting carrier in 2009 and gained experience working on different yachts from 50m to 95m in the Maldives, Middle east & Mediterranean. She had various roles in the interior department before taking the lead role of KALIZMA interior team in Oct 2020.
Tiakumla is highly experienced Chief Stewardess, and she is qualified WSET level 2. She takes pride in providing excellent service, devoted to making your stay onboard exclusive and unforgettable.

Hailing from Nagaland in India, she started her career in yachting 6 years ago.
She loves hosting and entertaining, and with her organizational skills and work ethic, is a perfect fit for KALIZMA as the second stewardess. She is passionate about travelling, seeing the world, and meeting people from different backgrounds. Neikhrie joined KALIZMA in 2023.
She is looking forward to making your stay onboard a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Born in Uttar Pradesh, Yadav is a man of many talents and hidden
skills. Since 14 years ago, he has been working on board yachts up to 95m, cruising the Far East, Indian, & Mediterranean waters.
Starting on KALIZMA as a Deckhand he has progressed to be the
Bosun and has his CO qualification. Yadav will also be driving the
tender and assisting guests with the water sports.
A charming and hardworking character, he loves to spend his free
time with his young daughters.

Prabhakar hails from Uttarakhand in India. With a Chef’s family background, he won’t leave any flavor to escape!
Rawat got his Culinary Diploma at a young age and quickly move into hotel industry over India; Marriot, Radisson and Taj are some of his first experiences before moving to yachting industry. Onboard he loves to spoil the guests and crew with delicatessen. On KALIZMA since 2019, he has recently taken over the Head Chef position.
He works closely with his assistant Chef & Interior team for understanding guests needs. He is also responsible for maintenance and ensuring high standards of hygiene.

Ruman comes from the coastal village of Maharashtra.
After completing his diploma in Diesel Mechanics and apprenticeship in Mumbai, he gained his experience by working several years at marine machinery workshops in Dubai. He joined the yachting industry in 2010 on KALIZMA and got his AEC certification. You might notice him early morning taking soundings of the freshwater tanks and assisting the Chief Engineer fixing whatever needs to be mended.
Ruman loves all water sports, and he has a very good hand in line fishing

Surender was in India and has been at sea for around 25 years starting his professional yachting career with KALIZMA in 2007 soon after spending 15 years with the Navy. He holds the MCA Master’s 3000 ticket and ha sailed many parts of the world on different yachts, specializing in the Far East, Maldives, Indian west coast, Middle East, and the Mediterranean. Surender is a qualified PADI dive instructor and he re-joined KALIZMA in April 2019 and is looking forward to chartering in the Mediterranean this summer. Surender and crew will ensure the guests have the best possible experience, and not forgetting guest and crew safety.

Neeraj born in Himachal Pradesh, India, a region known for its rich spiritual heritage at the majestic foothills of the Himalayas. Neeraj has re-joined the KALIZMA family as of November 2024. With a rich background of 25 years at sea, starting his journey as a Sail & Powerboat Instructor at West Coast Marine Yacht Services in 2011, after a commendable 15 years of service in the Indian Navy, Neeraj brings a wealth of experience to our team. Since joining KALIZMA in 2013, he has cruised magnificent waters across the Indian Ocean, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the US East Coast. He also holds a Master’s 3000 ticket, adding to his impressive qualifications. Neeraj’s return promises to enhance our capabilities and strengthen our teamwork as we continue to navigate the beauty of these waters.

Arriving from Andaman & Nicobar region of India with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Shanker joined KALIZMA in March 2025. His experience covers over 14 years in the marine industry, including 10 years on high-speed passenger crafts and 4 years on trading vessels including MTU engines e.g. the 396 series, 2000 series, and 4000 series. With over 10 years of direct experience with waterjet propulsion systems, including Kamewa, Hamilton, and Rolls-Royce and other auxiliary systems Shanker knows his job well. His strong technical skills ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of both main engines and auxiliary machinery onboard.

Ritahou comes from the cold region of beautiful Nagaland, she began her carrier in hospitality in 2015, starting with JW Marriot Hotel “Pune”. After gaining 2 years of experience in service and front desk, she moved to Mumbai to join the famous Radio Club where she worked for a year before joining 45m MY Ashena in 2018. Ritshou, initially joined KALIZMA in 2022 for 1 season and then moved to owners’ estate in London for another year but now returns to KALIZMA.
