Arturo's CV boasts a wide range of qualifications and experiences, including Master 200GT, Master 500GT, and a PADI License. He has years of chartering experience in some of the most iconic Mediterranean destinations, such as the South of France, Corsica & Sardinia, the Amalfi Coast, and Sicily. Additionally, Arturo has participated in an Arctic mission, navigating as far as the North Pole. His extensive expertise, combined with his friendly and accommodating nature, makes him a trusted and approachable captain who is always dedicated to ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for his clients.
Half Italian and half Greek, Arturo is fluent in English and speaks Greek and Italian as a native.

Rossana Ruberto is an enthusiastic and motivated deckhand from Termoli, Southern Italy, with a strong passion for the sea developed from a young age through sailing and windsurfing.
She has five years’ experience in the yachting industry, having started as a stewardess on a private yacht, where she also assisted with deck operations such as mooring and anchoring. She holds all required certifications for commercial and charter yachts, including STCW, Boat License, Yachtmaster (Day Skipper), SRC GMDSS, and First Aid.
Rossana has completed the last two seasons on busy charter yachts with international guests, gaining solid experience in deck operations, maintenance, and guest interaction. She has developed strong guest interaction skills, always maintaining a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude, especially with children.
Over the past year, she has further expanded her technical knowledge of engines, onboard systems, and general vessel maintenance while working with a large charter fleet.
Professional, reliable, and eager to continue learning, Rossana is committed to developing her skills across all aspects of deck work on both motor and sailing yachts. She speaks English and Spanish fluently and of course Italian

Positive, reliable, and guest-focused, Leticia is known for her strong interpersonal skills, calm attitude under pressure, and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere on board. She enjoys multicultural environments and thrives in team-oriented situations where professionalism and excellent service are essential.
