Her impressive career includes serving on renowned yachts such as M/Y Thalissa (38m), M/Y Just Enough (50m), M/Y Mantra, and M/Y Sansara, where she excelled in providing top-tier service and managing interior operations. Valentina is known for her exceptional guest care, protocol expertise, and refined skills in wine and champagne service, mixology, and elegant table settings. Whether overseeing interior operations or creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, Valentina ensures that every guest experience is unforgettable.

Maria Daniela is a vibrant and hardworking stewardess from Venezuela, bringing strong experience aboard both private and charter yachts up to 170ft. Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, she has successfully handled sole and second stewardess roles, delivering exceptional service, housekeeping, and support with provisioning and deck operations. Maria Daniela is fluent in Spanish, with conversational English and Portuguese, and is currently based in Barcelona. She is STCW certified, non-smoker, and available immediately.

Frane Krnic is a highly skilled and dedicated Deckhand on board M/Y Katariina XO, bringing extensive maritime experience from his service on both passenger vessels and luxury yachts. With over a decade of experience in the maritime industry, Frane has honed his skills in navigation, safety management, and vessel maintenance.

His background as a Chief Officer including the 87m M/S Serenissima and the 64m M/S Klara, has equipped him with a deep understanding of yacht operations.He is proficient in overseeing deck maintenance, managing water sports equipment, and ensuring guest safety during all on-water activities.

Frane is also an experienced skipper with a wealth of knowledge of the Adriatic coastline, making him an asset for creating memorable itineraries and ensuring safe passage. His practical skills are complemented by his positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to exceptional guest service.

As part of the professional crew of M/Y Katariina XO, Frane is dedicated to maintaining the yacht’s pristine condition and providing guests with an unforgettable charter experience.

Tommi is a very experienced Chef, coming with background working on up to 50m charter yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. With over 25 years of experience as a Chef, Tommi is a real expert in the kitchen. With an outgoing, motivated and team oriented attitude, he is the perfect fit to a busy luxury charter yacht such as KATARIINA XO. Tommi is flexible to adapt to guests' dietary requirements and is skilled with various cooking techniques. He loves to prepare new recipes, learn new styles and cuisines and always surprises his guests with lovely dishes based on ecologically produced and local ingredients. Tommi has an exceptional range of international cooking styles and is looking forward to take you on a culinary journey around Croatia!

Jerko is a highly trained and skilled professional who started his yachting career back in 2010. He worked as a deckhand on a 48m yacht, and soon started as a Captain on a 20m yacht. Since then, he has served as a Captain on many yachts over the years in the Mediterranean. Those years of experience have moulded an efficient organiser out of Jerko, as well trained him to be a first-class vessel handler. His aim is to run a safe yacht with a happy Crew that will deliver the supreme service to the guests of M/Y KATARIINA XO. In his spare time, Jerko enjoys spearfishing and is a passionate diver.
