Belinda was born in London, England. At a young age her and her four siblings moved to the country where they grew up on an organic farm. Belinda became a yacht chef ten years ago and since then has travelled extensively. She has been to both Poles, did the Northwest Passage and spent three months in Antarctica. She has sailed every ocean and visited every continent. Belinda has accrued over 100,000 miles, survived hurricane winds and waves over 30 feet and still managed to keep cooking with never being seasick. Along these many journeys, she has interacted with local chefs and learned about local dishes and ingredients. Always adding to her repertoire with general knowledge and many classes. Everything Belinda makes is from scratch and she bakes all her own breads. Whatever you would like, she will be delighted to make. Her aim is to make your experience one you will not forget.
