Eva has spent many Summers sailing with her family. She started working as a Stewardess onboard charter yachts in 2010 and she immediately found the work onboard highly enjoyable and fulfilling. Since then, Eva has worked on busy motor and also sailing yachts of a size between 27m - 50m. Her role has evolved from Sole stewardess, Chief stewardess, Chef/Stewardess, and finally a Chef. Cooking began as a hobby turned professional in 2017 when Eva completed a one-year culinary course under Chef Ricciardi at La Locanda dell’Angelo in Fiumaretta (La Spezia). Eva specialises mainly in Mediterranean cuisine, including fish, seafood, pasta dishes, salads with recipes that come from all over Italy with the addition of a little of Indian and Asian nuances especially with regard to appetiser, salads and sauce and cooked and raw, vegetables. She prefers to cook with fresh and simple ingredients, suited for summer dishes, using fresh and tasty spices but for sensitive palates she learned how to work some spices, especially garlic and onions, to make them just a pleasant presence.Always smiling, and a natural team player, Eva is a valuable part of our crew. During the winter Eva loves doing long walks with her dog and reading books.

Experienced stewardess currently working on board a 92’ yacht, with a solid background on a 77’ Lazzara. I grew up by the sea and naturally developed a love for the ocean and everything related to it. My passion for hospitality, teamwork and high standards of service makes me a dedicated and adaptable crew member.
I’m confident in and around the water. My hobbies include surfing, footvolley, swimming, diving and snorkeling — making me an ideal fit for active charters and guests who love water-based activities. I’ve been traveling the world, immersing myself in different cultures and languages, and I thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments. Mario was born in Ozieri (in Sardinia) and raised with a passion for the sea and boats. He is a skillful and experienced seafarer with love and passion for the job being actively involved in many sectors of the shipping industry. He firstly got into the industry during his university summer break and he then decided that this would be his career. During the last fifteen years he has been involved in massive vessel refitting, s/y Atlantic crossing, he has experience in both, private and charter Yachts. Mario has a great work ethic and he enjoys to be challenged no matter the situation. Outstanding interpersonal and analytical capabilities are complemented by steady career progression, dynamic motivation and potentials of team-building skills. At an early stage, cooperation & teamwork management in conjunction with oceangoing experience and positive attitude have brought his career in a more than satisfactory level. He feels confident and more than ready to offer his service and to meet the expectation of the guests.
