He has been a USCG licensed captain for over 10 years and has navigated the waters from Georgia all the way to the Turks and Caicos Islands and throughout the Bahamas. His licenses and certifications consist of his USCG 200-ton Master Near Coastal Captains License with endorsements in STCW95, Radar Observer Unlimited, HELM-M, and Marine Radio Operator. He is also a certified Divemaster with additional certifications in Public Safety diving as he also assists local Police & Fire Departments in diving operations. He has over 14 years in the yachting industry and was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. His yachting background has been in multiple positions on vessels ranging from 60ft to 130ft motor yachts. His maritime experience also includes marine salvage, recreational and commercial scuba diving as well as yacht engineering. He is knowledgeable in the areas of South Florida, The Bahamas, and Parts of the Caribbean. Cole is described as a captain who is safety focused, detail oriented, fun, communicative and prepared. He also strives on making a fun and enjoyable work environment for his crew so that their positive attitude is reflected toward the guests. He enjoys diving, freshwater fishing and spending time with his wife, son and dog during his time off.

Leah is the Chief Stewardess on board Kemosabe. She joined us in October of 2022 and, promoted to Chief Stewardess in February of 2025. Leah was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and at an early age she relocated to Walla Walla Washington. There she grew up raising and showing her livestock in her small country town. After 15 years of farm life she graduated from Walla Walla High School in June of 2022. Soon after graduation Leah packed her bags to follow her dreams to travel. She found herself in Florida and couldn’t be happier exploring her new life as a boat girl.

With a background as a private chef based out of Los Angeles, Emily thrives in creating exceptional cuisine tailored to each guest’s preferences, whether it’s a laid-back beach barbecue, elegant fine dining, or health-focused fare. Her goal is to bring people together over beautifully crafted meals that elevate any experience.
Originally from Colorado, Emily's love for cooking started in my mother’s kitchen. Now based between Los Angeles and the Bahamas, she brings that same warmth and creativity to every dish served on board.

Jack joined the yachting industry after a lifetime spent on the water in Charleston, South Carolina, where he developed a strong foundation in competitive sailing, fishing, watersports, and luxury charter operations. His passion for boating, combined with an exceptional work ethic, has allowed him to quickly establish himself as a versatile and dependable crew member.
With experience aboard both private and charter yachts ranging from 29m to 55m, Jack has worked as both Mate and Deckhand, gaining extensive hands-on experience in tender operations, exterior maintenance, yacht detailing, guest service, towing operations, beach set-ups, engineering assistance, and busy charter turnarounds. His calm demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to assist across all departments make him a valuable member of any crew. Currently working toward his USCG 100 Ton Master License, Jack is dedicated to building a long-term career within the superyacht industry. Away from the water, he enjoys wakeboarding, surfing, sailing, fishing, snowboarding, hunting, fitness, and spending time outdoors.

Megan serves as the Deck/Stew aboard M/Y Kemosabe, bringing over two years of versatile yachting experience to the team. She has held roles including Deckhand, Sole Stewardess, and Deck/Stew on vessels ranging from 28m to 45m, developing a strong foundation both on deck and in the interior.
Before transitioning to yachting, Megan built a nine-year career in hospitality across New England, working as a bartender, mixologist, and server. During this time, she completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology—while also competing in collegiate volleyball.
Balancing academics, athletics, and demanding service roles taught her discipline, teamwork, and exceptional time-management skills. In 2023, eager for a new challenge and drawn to the ocean, Megan embraced the opportunity to join the yachting industry.
She relocated to Florida to pursue a career at sea and quickly established herself as a capable, enthusiastic Deckhand/Stewardess. Since joining Kemosabe, Megan has become an invaluable part of the crew, known for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a high standard of detail in both her deck and interior duties. Her positive attitude, quick wit, and natural charisma make her not only a strong team player but also a lively presence onboard.
When she’s not at sea, Megan loves spending time with family and friends (and her cat, Pickle), traveling, playing volleyball, and enjoying a variety of water-sports.
