With more than 30 years of experience on the water, Captain Paul brings a steady, confident presence to the helm of KNEAD IT. Before joining the yachting industry, Paul was a champion motorbike racer, a background that helped shape his strong sense of discipline, precision, and focus. After retiring from racing, he went on to become a senior RYA instructor, training yachtmasters and commercial skippers throughout Europe.
Paul entered the superyacht sector over a decade ago and has since captained a range of vessels for discerning private clients, celebrities, and UHNW families across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and farther afield. Known for his professionalism, discretion, and clear leadership style, he ensures every charter runs smoothly and safely. Whether cruising between Greek islands or exploring the Amalfi Coast, guests can relax in the hands of a highly capable and experienced captain.

Liz brings a warm, refined, and highly professional approach to her role aboard KNEAD IT. Trained in both culinary arts and interior service, she is able to balance excellent guest service with high-quality cuisine, creating an inviting onboard atmosphere. Her 11 years in yachting, combined with experience in boutique hospitality, have allowed her to craft thoughtful, guest-focused dining and service experiences. Her cooking draws inspiration from fresh, seasonal Mediterranean flavours, whether preparing a relaxed poolside lunch or a more formal evening meal. Liz is adept at tailoring menus to guestpreferences and accommodating dietary needs with ease.
Alongside her culinary responsibilities, she oversees the interior with calm organisation and genuine attention to detail. She and Captain Paul have worked to together for over 6 years, and Liz makes it her mission to ensure that guests feel looked after throughout their time on board.

Amelie is our motivated and dynamic Deck and Second Stew on KNEAD IT, bringing enthusiasm and a strong technical foundation to her dual role. Although early in her yachting career, she has already shown a high level of professionalism and reliability, both on deck and in guest-facing duties. She holds qualifications including Day Skipper, STCW, Powerboat Level 2, and a wide range of watersports coaching certifications. With over five years of watersports coaching experience, a background as a former British Youth Sailing Team foiling catamaran sailor, and many years of hospitality experience, Amelie brings a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and confidence on the water.
Amelie’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn have earned her respect from both captains and fellow crew. Whether assisting with deck operations, supporting interior service, creating cocktails that wow guests, or helping with water activities, she approaches every task with care and confidence. Passionate about delivering memorable experiences, she loves combining creativity with hospitality to make every charter feel special. Keen to continue developing in the industry, Amelie brings a friendly, proactive presence that helps create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
