He is also a three-time gold medallist in Food Carving Competitions. Vasilis began his career in top hotels and restaurants in Athens before joining the yachting industry in 2015. In the winter, he teaches as a Chef Professor at Le Monde Institute. Specializing in international cuisine, he has a deep love for Greek and Mediterranean flavours.
