Nicole was born in Basildon, England before moving to Hong Kong, Singapore and finally Connecticut, USA. Experiencing and growing up in different countries sparked a love for travelling at a young age. After graduating from Marist College with a Bachelor's of Communication Degree, she moved to Thailand to work for the Soi Dog Foundation as the International Marketing Director. Throughout Nicole's time in Thailand, she liked to spend her time exploring new places around Southeast Asia It was during her travels where she discovered a love for the yachting industry. Since landing her first job in the industry in 2020 as a stewardess, she quickly transitioned to the exterior. Nicole has recently completed her EDH and 200Ton Master of yachts. She is excited continue her growth on deck through more courses and experiences on board. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring new places, participating in water activities such as diving, and volunteering at various animal shelters.

Jemma grew up in a small fishing village nestled in the northwest highlands of Scotland. Her love of the ocean developed early, as she accompanied her dad on his fishing boat before she was tall enough to see over the rail. Rooted in a strong work ethic and a love for people, she found her passion in hospitality through spa and wellness, mastering the art of creating calm, restorative spaces. She transferred her skills into the world of yachting and has never looked back. From the moment you step onboard, you’ll be enveloped in attentive care, where every detail is curated for your comfort and indulgence. In her spare time, Jemma enjoys exploring new destinations, learning about new cultures and hiking off the beaten path.

Guillaume, your trusty engineer, was born in the Les Ardennes in the North of France, as a child he and his his family moved to Champagne before eventually moving to the south of France. He spent 4 years in culinary school refining his hospitality and catering skills before he began his yachting career. Guillaume has worked in every department onboard yachts to the highest level of excellence, whatever the requirement, Guillaume will almost certainly be able to do it. He loves being at sea, engineering and cinema, he’s also very passionate about fine food and motor cycles.

Rhys was born and raised in South Africa just outside Durban where he developed a lifelong passion for boats and maritime activities. With a deep interest in all aspects of ship operations, he decided to pursue a career in the maritime industry. Outside of work, Rhys enjoys fishing, particularly shallow water spearfishing, as well as other outdoor water-based activities.

Growing up in a small village in the English countryside Joanna always dreamed of traveling the world. She was very interested in other countries, and of course their food. This led her to study Geography at University, where she spent any spare time adventuring abroad. Through this she discovered the yachting industry, cooking in the Mediterranean on sailing yachts, and after graduating heading over to the Caribbean. Whilst she always tried to expand her culinary repertoire when traveling by undertaking local cooking classes, she furthered her knowledge by attending culinary school and receiving a diploma in the culinary arts. She is very passionate about what she does, and loves drawing inspiration from different countries cuisines for her dishes. When not cooking on yachts, you would find her up in the mountains, cooking for guests in luxury ski chalets, and of course getting in some skiing whenever possible.

Ashley is a South African-born Second Stewardess with six years of yachting experience, known for her creative eye, love of photography, and passion for delivering exceptional guest service. She's currently studying interior design, combining her creative talents to craft elegant, functional spaces with a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, Ashley leads an active lifestyle filled with fishing, hiking, and exploring new destinations. Her adventurous spirit, dedication to personal growth, and infectious enthusiasm make her a positive presence both onboard and ashore.

While back home in Florida, she discovered that her true passion was working in the yachting industry. Eager to provide her guests with the best experience possible, Jasmine attended hospitality school in Belgium to enhance her skills. She is excited to ensure her guests have an incredible experience.

Growing up in Holland, Michigan on the shores of Lake Michigan, Nick’s passion for the water began at an early age while cruising on his family’s boat. During the summer months in high school and college, Nick served as dock master at Coral Gables Resort in Saugatuck, Michigan. In the summer of 1998, a member of the yacht club asked him to deliver his 71ft Hatteras yacht to Fort Lauderdale. Soon after arriving in Fort Lauderdale Nick realized Florida was the place he would now call home. He obtained his first captain’s license in 1998 and continued to work onboard the 71ft Hatteras until he completed his degree. Shortly after graduation he knew his career was on the sea and continued to serve as captain. Nick currently holds a USCG Master 1600/3000 Oceans license and has over 3000 days at sea. In addition to his license Nick also holds a ISM/DPA auditors certificate to assure the vessel is operated as safely as possible. In his free time Nick enjoys fishing, spearfishing and spending time with his two daughters, Piper and Harlowe.
