Guillaume, your trusty engineer, was born in the Les Ardennes in the North of France, as a child he and his his family moved to Champagne before eventually moving to the south of France. He spent 4 years in culinary school refining his hospitality and catering skills before he began his yachting career. Guillaume has worked in every department onboard yachts to the highest level of excellence, whatever the requirement, Guillaume will almost certainly be able to do it. He loves being at sea, engineering and cinema, he’s also very passionate about fine food and motor cycles.

Having grown up on a farm in Somerset, UK. Nicole started exploring in 2017 when she took her first solo and long haul flight to become an au pair for a family in Miami, which introduced her to the world of yachting. Working on yachts ranging from 40-65 meters, as junior to chief stew. She has covered waters in the East Coast, Bahamas, Mediterranean, Europe, Caribbean, BVI’s, Australia, French Polynesia and a few Atlantic crossings along the way. Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and is as bubbly as the champagne she serves. When she gets time at home you’ll find her at the beach with the family dog, a black Labrador, calling him a “good booooy” every minute of the day.

Growing up in Holland, Michigan on the shores of Lake Michigan, Nick’s passion for the water began at an early age while cruising on his family’s boat. During the summer months in high school and college, Nick served as dock master at Coral Gables Resort in Saugatuck, Michigan. In the summer of 1998, a member of the yacht club asked him to deliver his 71ft Hatteras yacht to Fort Lauderdale. Soon after arriving in Fort Lauderdale Nick realized Florida was the place he would now call home. He obtained his first captain’s license in 1998 and continued to work onboard the 71ft Hatteras until he completed his degree. Shortly after graduation he knew his career was on the sea and continued to serve as captain. Nick currently holds a USCG Master 1600/3000 Oceans license and has over 3000 days at sea. In addition to his license Nick also holds a ISM/DPA auditors certificate to assure the vessel is operated as safely as possible. In his free time Nick enjoys fishing, spearfishing and spending time with his two daughters, Piper and Harlowe.

Nicole was born in Basildon, England before moving to Hong Kong, Singapore and finally Connecticut, USA. Experiencing and growing up in different countries sparked a love for traveling at a young age. After graduating from Marist College with a Bachelor's of Communication Degree, she moved to Thailand to work for the Soi Dog Foundation as the International Marketing Director. Throughout Nicole's time in Thailand, she liked to spend her time exploring new places around Southeast Asia It was during her travels where she discovered a love for the yachting industry. Since landing her first job in the industry in 2020 as a stewardess, she quickly transitioned to the exterior. Nicole has recently completed her EDH and 200Ton Master of yachts. She is excited continue her growth on deck through more courses and experiences on board. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring new places, participating in water activities such as diving, and volunteering at various animal shelters.

Hanna brings over four years of yachting experience, having worked on vessels ranging from 37m to 135m+, complemented by her background aboard the world’s largest cruise ship. Her strong hospitality foundation, attention to detail and positive attitude make her a valued member of the interior team. Passionate about travel and cultural discovery, Hanna enjoys hiking, cycling and exploring local experiences in every
destination.

Jemma grew up in a small South African town, where her love for travel and different cultures began early. She thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in creating a warm, polished atmosphere onboard. Active and outdoorsy, she spends her free time hiking, snorkeling, and exploring, and also enjoys drawing, painting, and reading. Her kind nature and farm upbringing give her a deep appreciation for animals and a naturally caring approach to life

Jesse Thomas is a U.S. born yacht professional with experience rising from Deckhand to Chief Officer and Mate on both private and charter programs. Growing up on an island in New England, he developed a strong connection to the ocean, reflected in his calm, capable approach on deck. With experience across the Bahamas, Caribbean, U.S. East Coast, and Mediterranean, he brings solid skills in navigation, tender operations, and team leadership, and is known for his hands-on attitude and steady, reliable presence onboard.

Valerie brings over a decade of yachting experience as a private and charter chef, having worked aboard vessels ranging from 120ft to 238ft across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, Pacific and remote expedition destinations. With a strong background in hospitality and professional culinary training, she is known for her creativity, meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences tailored to every guest. Passionate about travel and global cuisine, Valerie enjoys discovering new cultures and maintains an active lifestyle through climbing, hiking, kitesurfing and snowboarding.
