Samir is not only a young chef but also a remarkably talented one. In 2011, he participated in the Best French Apprentice competition, where he placed third. He also contributed to the inaugural season of a French television program dedicated to recruiting young culinary talent. Samir trained at ‘La table Saint Crescent’, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Since then, he has held various positions, including chef, sous-chef, private chef, and co-owner of a chalet where he managed the restaurant team. Recently, Samir has joined the yachting industry in search of new challenges.
Creative, cheerful, and dynamic, he delights in offering guests surprising flavors and textures, ensuring they never experience the same dish twice. His culinary style is rooted in French cuisine, with his signature dish being a potato cream accompanied by a cauliflower pie with peanut and citrus.
When Samir is not on board, he enjoys hiking, traveling and exploring different wines.
