Sandeep hales from Hyderabad, India with the beautiful language of Telugu as his mother tongue. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with 7 years of experience in the cruise ship industry and 3 years’ experience on superyachts having previously worked on M/Y DREAM (106m).
Sandeep grew up in a family of four with his eldest sister, surrounded by relatives and friends. Travelling has always been a passion of his and now he is living his dream by exploring the world while working on yachts.

Jesse is a warm, approachable yacht captain with over 15 years of global experience across private, charter, and new build programmes. He has commanded yachts up to 85 metres, including M/Y WANDERLUST (85m) and M/Y ATLAS (50m) leading international crews through varied cruising grounds such as the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South-East Asia, and the Pacific. Known for his steady leadership and clear communication, Jesse runs calm, well-organised operations and takes pride in creating a supportive and respectful environment for his crew.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of yacht management – from overseeing new builds and remote cruising itineraries to managing yard periods and guest logistics. When ashore in Australia, Jesse enjoys diving, sailing, and playing tennis. He’s also a keen traveller with a love of food, often found cooking for friends or exploring local markets. A dog lover and outdoor enthusiast, he is currently studying Mechanical Engineering part-time to further develop his technical knowledge.

Peter is a creative and highly skilled Head Chef with over a decade of culinary experience spanning Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury yachts. Originally from Hungary and fluent in English and French, he has worked in esteemed kitchens such as Restaurant Au Crocodile and Restaurant 1741 in Strasbourg, as well as Le Baudelaire in Paris. On the water, he has led galley teams onboard yachts such as M/Y KD (64m), M/Y DA VINCI (50m), and M/Y MILLESIME (37m).
Peter brings a refined yet adventurous style to his cuisine, with a strong foundation in French and Mediterranean cooking and a passion for Asian fusion. He completed professional training in sushi, ramen, and izakaya-style cooking in Tokyo, which continues to influence his innovative approach.
Outside of the kitchen, he’s passionate about discovering local ingredients and culinary traditions through travel. Peter enjoys hiking, cycling, photography, and visiting food markets wherever he goes. He also has a keen interest in Japanese cuisine and culture, and often spends his free time experimenting with new techniques and flavours inspired by his global journeys. He’s always looking for new inspiration - both in nature and on the plate.

With previous positions on M/Y AMBROSIA (65m), M/Y TUMA (35m), and M/Y MOONRAKER II (30m), she has steadily grown into leadership responsibilities, stepping up as Lead Stewardess while guiding and supporting junior crew with a calm, can-do attitude.
Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn, Renee thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments. She's confident across all areas of interior service - including housekeeping, laundry, turnarounds, and formal table settings - and she values a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.

On board M/Y HERE COMES THE SUN (89m) and M/Y SEA PEARL (82m), she’s supported both spa and housekeeping teams, offering treatments and maintaining high standards in cabins and guest spaces.
She’s also worked shoreside with OneSpaWorld on cruise ships, completing an intensive training programme and performing treatments across Europe, South America, and the Caribbean. Whether it’s spa service, turn-downs, or helping prep for viewings, Ruth approaches every task with care and a strong sense of teamwork.

Rudi grew up on the south coast of South Africa and has always had a passion for the ocean. Joining the South African national surfing team gave him the advantage of learning even more about the ocean and only grew his love for it further.
Rudi joined the yachting world over a decade ago and has since proudly received his Master 3000 certification at the renowned Warsash Maritime Academy. His most recent vessels prior to joining the LA BLANCA crew were M/Y VICTORIA DEL MAR (50m) and M/Y HELIOS 2 (51m).
When Rudi isn’t cruising the ocean, he enjoys DIY home renovations and motocross.

With over seven years of experience in event planning and client relations, she now brings that same attention to detail and energy to the yachting world. Karina has held roles on M/Y EMIR (83m), M/Y ANJELIF (50m), and M/Y MONOCHROME (30m), providing exceptional service, table styling, and all aspects of housekeeping and laundry.
Known for her calm, guest-focused approach and love for making every detail shine, Karina’s skill set also includes barista and cocktail service, hairstyling, nails, and light cooking. A qualified event planner and professional photographer, she thrives in creative, high-standard environments.
In her spare time, Karina enjoys painting, snowboarding, yoga, paddleboarding, and baking - always seeking new adventures and bringing a positive attitude to every crew she joins.

Nicholas is a cheerful and easy-going deckhand, as well as a qualified PWC & Powerboat Instructor, with a passion for life on (and in) the water. He’s worked on S/Y THE MIRAGE and at Ocean Star Charters, as well as teaching at the Ocean Star Sailing Academy, where he led PWC, PB2, and advanced deckhand courses. Whether he’s running guest tenders, setting up for watersports, or teaching newcomers the ropes, Harvey brings energy, patience, and a real love for what he does. He’s confident with all things deck-related, and his approachable nature makes him a great fit for the busy, guest-focused crew onboard LA BLANCA. Outside of work, Harvey’s always on the go - he loves surfing, free diving, wakeboarding, and anything that gets him out on the water. He also enjoys travelling, staying active, and helping others build confidence and skills.

Pepito - known affectionately onboard as "Peps" - has spent the last 35 years working on the ocean. He graduated from his local marine college in the Philippines as a Marine Engineer and after 3 years in the commercial sector, found his way on to yachts.
Peps served much of his time on the prestigious decks of M/Y ALYSIA (85m) and M/Y LAUREN L (91m) and he has been onboard LA BLANCA since 2009 so truly knows the boat inside out!
In his spare time Peps enjoys watching action packed movies and staying in touch with his family back home.

Callum is a cheerful, down-to-earth deckhand who brings a strong work ethic and easygoing nature to LA BLANCA. With experience on M/Y WANDERLUST (50m) and M/Y AHS (66m), he’s tackled everything from teak scrubbing and tender driving to guest watersports, engine room checks, and anchoring. Always willing to lend a hand, Callum’s the kind of teammate who keeps morale high and gets the job done without fuss. He’s especially passionate about watersports and loves getting guests out on the water for a great day. Outside of yachting, Callum’s rarely still - he’s a big fan of golf, fishing, padel, and staying active, but also enjoys downtime listening to music and DJing, hitting the beach, and travelling whenever he can.
