Algot was born in a small town called Alingsas in Sweden. From childhood he is very active, skiing, ice skating, football and ping pong had been part of his everyday life. After studying electrical engineering, Algot started his career as an electrician. Eventually he felt the need for change and set out to do some travelling in France, Italy and Monaco. It was during this journey that he discovered yachting which ignited a new passion. To work at sea!

With three polar seasons under his belt, he’s driven ships across all five oceans. At home in the South Downs, Dan brews his own cider, rebuilds his trusty Land Rover, and wrangles two young boys and one mischievous cat. A seasoned Officer with a sharp wit and a softer landing ashore.

She attended Professional High school of tourism with speciality in catering. She's confident, outgoing, positive person with a good sense of humour. Radina enjoys all forms of outdoor activities and likes to explore new places and cultures. In her free time, she enjoys a good book as much as a good dive.

Margi was born and raised on a beautiful farm outside a small town in the Free State, South Africa. She grew up participating in various sports and won multiple SA Championships in athletics. After high school, she studied towards a law degree but soon realized she had way too much passion for people and travelling. She combined her 2 passions, did her yachting courses, entered the industry and has never looked back since.

Born and raised in the South of England, Honor joined the yachting industry straight after completing her A-Levels. Honor started off her career working as a stewardess. However, always looking for a challenge, Honor decided to make the move to the heavily male dominated deck department to show that girls could also be on deck! Having worked in both the interior & deck departments, Honor is a well rounded and experienced crew member. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring into active holidays.

Vitaly comes from the Kamchatkan peninsula, growing up between volcanos and snow-covered mountains. Due to his surroundings, Vitaly grew up loving the outdoors. At the age of 10 he moved to Vladivostok with his family where he graduated from marine college. He now lives in Kaliningrad with his wife and 2 kids. Vitaly has spent the last 10 years on expedition ships navigating through the icy waters of Antarctica and the high Arctic.

He sailed on MY Ianis, the first vessel of its kind to compete in a round-the-world sports fishing event. A commercial diver and diving instructor ensures his extensive knowledge in SCUBA diving. Adrian is our onboard SUB-Pilot and ready to show you the wonders hidden beneath the waves.

Born in Lancaster and raised in a village called Heysham, Chris went to college to get a national diploma in sports before going to Leeds Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2013 where he received a BA HONS degree in physical education. He then did a level 2 and 3 qualification to be qualified as a PT. As a child, Chris was fortunate enough to go on cruises with his grandparents which is where his love for boats and travelling came from. He tries to shape his life around fitness and health and keep active.

Born in the North of Wales, Caio started his maritime career as a fitter in a small boat yard. He progressed and undertook a Marine Engineering cadetship with BP. Away from work he enjoys hitting the gym and going for a swim, although both of those activities have recently taken a back seat. Caio is the most recent member of the Dads Club having fathered a baby girl! His pride and joy.
