Benoit grew up in Paris where he obtained a degree in Golfe Course Architecture. Right after graduation, he left Paris to pursue his dream and started his career in the yachting industry, navigating the most popular destination to the lesser-known beautiful region s of the globe, sailing back-to-back season from the East cost of the USA, Caribbean to Mediterranean, Baltic Sea to Indian Ocean. Benoit has over 20 years' experience as Captain, Engineer and Project Manager. He has a strong focus for safety, ensuring an enjoyable time for all the guests. Benoit is fluent in French and English; he has a good knowledge of Spanish and basic knowledge of Italian.

Will is a dynamic irish yacht professional born in 2002 and raised in Antibes, with a solid background as both a Captain for day charters and Mate on yachts up to 37 meters. Known for his hands-on experience, energetic personality, and strong technical aptitude, he has operated in the South of France, Corsica, Sardinia.
Will manages deck operations, toys, foils, guest activities, and engineering rounds. With a Yachtmaster Offshore, AEC1, STCW, Powerboat Level 2, and a B1/B2 visa, Will is fully certified and ready to take on permanent roles.
Fluent is native English, he thrives in fast-paced charter environments and is looking to progress toward a full-time captaincy role on private or charter motor yachts.

Passionate about gastronomy and travel, Jacob brings over 10 years of fine dining experience from top-tier restaurants in Sweden and Denmark. Trained at Akademi Båstad Culinary School, he has worked as Sous Chef at Nybrogatan 38, a high-volume restaurant offering Southern European cuisine with Nordic and Asian influences. Skilled in Nordic, Asian, Mediterranean, and vegan/vegetarian cooking, he also has a strong pastry background. Certified with STCW, ENG1, Ship’s Cook Assessment, and Food Hygiene L3. Fully vaccinated, excellent health

Osvaldo is a highly skilled Chilean-French Chief Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the yachting industry, holding a Y3 license and an engineering degree obtained in Chile. His solid technical expertise, combined with fluency in Spanish, English, French, and Italian, makes him a reliable and versatile crew member across international programs.
He has managed the engine rooms of prestigious yachts including M/Y SOSA (San Lorenzo 126’), M/Y Izumi (Palmer Johnson), M/Y African Cat (Mangusta 130), M/Y V (Mangusta 165’), and M/Y La Gioconda (Maiora 35m). Osvaldo is known for his hands-on approach to diagnostics, Class surveys, refit supervision, and the maintenance of AV/IT systems and propulsion technologies.
His land-based background as a mechanical engineer for Deutz Chile further strengthens his analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Based in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Audrey is an accomplished Chief Stewardess with over 18 years of experience in both sailing and motor yachts, bringing an exceptional sense of luxury service, guest care, and interior management. With a background as a beauty therapist, yoga teacher, and hospitality professional, she delivers a unique blend of wellness, elegance, and efficiency.
Audrey has worked on notable yachts including S/Y Sharlou (43m), S/Y Vaimiti (39–40m), M/Y Tribu (50m), and M/Y Sunliner X (36m), where she supervised the interior, trained stews, managed laundry, service, provisioning, and ensured a five-star environment for owners and charter guests alike.
Certified in yacht-level service, massage therapy, and yoga (200h Yoga Alliance), she excels in formal and informal service styles, with strong knowledge in wine, cocktails, and table decoration. She is known for her team spirit, discretion, and attention to detail.
