Andrea, our captain on LADY A, hails from Viareggio, Italy, and boasts an impressive 30 years of experience in the maritime industry. Beginning his career at 18, Andrea has worked across a variety of vessels, including cruise liners, cargo ships, ferry boats, and mega yachts. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the sea, but it is in the yachting industry where he has truly excelled. Since 2005, Andrea has been dedicated to charter yachts, honing his expertise in managing and navigating luxury vessels with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, Andrea ensures clients have an exceptional onboard experience, creating unforgettable memories during their charters. When off-duty, Andrea enjoys spending time with his family, swimming, and exploring new dining spots. He began his career on military vessels before transitioning to merchant ships, where he advanced from deck cadet to chief mate. Throughout his career, he has sailed across major global seas, including the Indian, Atlantic, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Red Seas. For the past two decades, Captain Bemi has held key leadership roles on private and charter yachts, consistently ensuring the highest operational standards and delivering exceptional service. Fluent in English and Italian, he brings his wealth of expertise aboard LADY A, where he greets every guest with a warm smile and a commitment to providing an unforgettable experience.

Morgan, a 26-year-old South African currently residing in the busy city of Johannesburg, is approaching her third year in the yachting industry. After completing her Honours Degree in Business Management while working in the corporate world, Morgan made a daring leap into yachting, trading her notebooks for napkins and files for flowers to embrace her creative side and has not looked back since. Morgan takes a huge interest in psychology and human behavior and enjoys immersing herself in books and documentaries on these topics in her free time. Outside of Morgan's busy work life, she enjoys spending her time trying out new restaurants and exploring different foods and wines, as well as indulging in her passion for the property industry, constantly seeking out her next renovation project. Although Morgan has experienced countless beautiful places throughout her travels, Portofino holds a special place in her heart thanks to its stunning scenery, exquisite restaurants, and rich history.

Josefine grew up in a small city near Stockholm, Sweden, after completing an Economics degree she set off to travel in Eastern Asia for a few months solo. This experience gave her great confidence and a desire to travel further. Working onboard a yacht offered her an opportunity, to combine her love for travel, whilst earning a living. Having been yachting for almost 5 years, Jose knows she made the right decision - as she has loved every moment so far. She has worked on yachts ranging from 90 to 115 meters and is most passionate about delivering the highest level of service and hospitality and creating lifelong memories for the guests onboard. Jose is a down-to-earth, kind soul who loves fun, socializing, and spending time with friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and exploring new destinations nourishing her passion of travelling the globe.

With a Master of Yachts 200GT Limited and extensive chase boat experience—including solo command of a 12.8m Hydra-Sports with 4x350hp outboards—he is passionate about the industry and eager to grow, he brings energy, commitment, and hands-on expertise on board LADY A.

Denis, from the city of Rijeka, Croatia, has spent six years in the yachting industry, building on an extensive maritime career. Before transitioning to yachting, Denis worked as an engineer on commercial vessels, served as a chief engineer in the oil and gas industry for 20 years, and spent five years as a fleet technical superintendent. In his free time, Denis enjoys gardening and spending time with his children. When Denis is not working, he enjoys watching sports and playing table tennis. While he cannot pick a place that he has visited as a favorite, Denis was particularly awed by the incredible experience of seeing Antarctica, especially the penguins.

Sergii, from the vibrant city of Odesa, Ukraine, has been making waves in the yachting industry for a year and a half. Passionate about sports and exercise, he thrives on adrenaline and enjoys working out and staying active. In his free time, Sergii loves to exercise or take walks, savoring beautiful views along the way. His travels have taken Sergii all over the world, but the city that left the most significant impression on him was Singapore. Before entering the yachting industry, Sergii built a solid foundation for his seafaring career on cargo vessels, starting at the young age of 19. He is excited to start his journey onboard LADY A and secure a safe and smooth sailing for all charter guests!

Sebastian calls the beautiful Cape Town, South Africa, his home. With six years of experience in the yachting industry, Sebastian is ambitiously working his way up the ranks to earn his Master 3000GT qualification. Passionate about the outdoors, Sebastian enjoys surfing, sailing, and staying fit through activities like hiking and working out. In his downtime, he enjoys reading and continually seeks to learn new things. Sebastian’s favorite places that he has been lucky enough to explore are the idyllic waters of Indonesia and Fiji. Prior to his yachting career, Sebastian completed a BSc Honours degree in Sports Science, having studied at the university for four years. A fun fact about him is that he built a 30-foot Wharram sailing catamaran with his father, a project that spanned six years.
