Known for his calm leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Andrew takes great pride in delivering exceptional experiences for both owners and guests, ensuring every charter runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Outside of yachting, he is a passionate motorcyclist and an avid follower of international cricket, rugby, and West Ham United.

Hanna is an experienced Chief Stewardess with over five years in the yachting industry, having worked on private and charter yachts ranging from 20 to 47 metres. She is confident in managing the full interior, consistently delivering refined five-star service and creating seamless, personalised guest experiences on board.
Known for her strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail, Hanna thrives in both busy charter environments and private owner trips, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient provisioning, and well-managed budgets.
Originally from Odesa, Ukraine, Hanna brings a positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability to every team she joins. Her natural sense of style and passion for hospitality are reflected in her elegant table settings and attention to onboard ambience.
Outside of work, Hanna enjoys Pilates, cooking, travelling, and interior styling, continually drawing inspiration to elevate the guest experience.

James is a motivated and hands-on Deckhand/Engineer with a strong technical background and a lifelong connection to the ocean. Originally from South Africa, he brings over 15 years of experience across construction, facilities management, and high-end property maintenance in both South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.
Having worked with premium clients in the UAE, James is well-versed in maintaining luxury environments and delivering high standards of service with exceptional attention to detail. His versatile skill set includes mechanical maintenance, electrical work, and general vessel upkeep, making him a reliable and adaptable asset on board.
Passionate about life on the water, James is an advanced diver with solid experience in watersports, bringing an energetic and adventurous spirit to any crew. Known for his proactive attitude and strong work ethic, he supports smooth operations both on deck and behind the scenes.

Camilla is a highly skilled and refined Chef with a distinguished background in luxury hospitality and extensive yachting experience throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Middle East. Originally from Brazil, she has cultivated an international career, having lived and worked in Italy, the UAE, and the Maldives, where she successfully owned and managed a restaurant —further enhancing her culinary expertise and exceptional guest service standards.
Her professional background also includes experience as First Class cabin crew, which has shaped her impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and deep understanding of high-end client expectations.
Camilla specialises in Mediterranean and fusion cuisine with a contemporary international flair. Passionate about using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, she excels in creating bespoke menus tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements, consistently delivering creativity, elegance, and excellence at the highest level.
Fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, Camilla brings a warm, polished, and highly professional presence on board.
