Cleo was raised in Aix-en-Provence, in the south of France. She pursued a three-year degree in hotel management and gained experience working in beautiful 5-star hotels. Her journey led her to the yachting industry, where she began as a charter broker in Cannes. A year later, she decided to venture abroad, and since then, she has been sailing overseas in the Mediterranean. Her greatest satisfaction is ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable experience and feel at home as soon as they step on board. Cleo is fluent in French, and intermediate in English and Spanish.

Immersed in watersports including surfing, sailing, and water polo, he naturally pursued a life at sea. With 12 years of experience in the industry, Barton has explored remarkable destinations and remains grateful for the opportunities this career has provided. Free-spirited by nature and always ready for a conversation, he brings an easygoing, approachable energy to those around him.

Chris was born in England but grew up travelling the world. With both parents working for the British Foreign Office, he resided in Ghana, Qatar, Germany, Lebanon, Thailand & New Zealand. He has always had a passion for the outdoors and studied outdoor education and leadership after finishing school & worked as a dolphin swim guide, carpenter, builder & pub manager. Needless to say, the superyacht industry was the perfect fit. He has a passion for scuba diving, driving boats, travel, food & culture. Embarking on his 10th year in the industry, Chris is studying for his Officer of the Watch 3000gt and MCA Master 200. He is very much looking forward to another sunny season on the water with you.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Navy Mechanical Engineering from the Maritime Academy, an Innovation Diploma from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an Innovation Research Certificate from Helmut Schmidt Universität in Hamburg, Germany. With over eight years of experience as an engineer officer on commercial vessels and several years in the yachting industry, Chrystian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every voyage. His primary focus onboard is ensuring safety at sea, drawing on his extensive maritime background. He is very passionate about science, arts, and nature. His enthusiasm for the outdoors is reflected in his hobbies, which include rock climbing and trail running. Whether ensuring top-notch safety standards or sharing his love for the ocean and adventure, Chrystian is committed to making each charter a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

After completing high school, she moved to the United States as an Au Pair, where she discovered her love for travel and cultural exchange. That chapter eventually guided her toward the yachting industry, where she found the perfect balance of service, adventure, and human connection. As a stewardess, Maxy enjoys creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board and adding thoughtful touches that make guests feel at home. Her long-term dream is to open a cozy coffee shop and bakery in Cape Town, bringing together her passion for hospitality, good food, and meaningful moments shared with others.

Ethan grew up surfing and riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes in Cape Town. He has a passion for anything water-wise. After playing high-level water polo around South Africa and surfing his whole life , he has transitioned into yachting where he is working his way up the ranks and towards his yacht master ocean. He aims to see the guests having fun the best time in the water and during their trip.

Imre Erdelyi is an experienced Head Chef with a strong fine-dining background, a culinary diploma, and Michelin-starred restaurant experience. He has worked on a range of high-profile yachts up to 130m, including busy charter and private programs, bringing strong skills in menu planning, guest and crew provisioning, and high-end service. Confident in a wide variety of cuisines, including Japanese, Thai, Middle Eastern, Mexican, Italian, French and kosher, Imre is adaptable, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for both guests and crew.

Rachel comes from the beach and mountain town of Cape Town, South Africa. She has been at sea her entire working life, and is proud to have completed a circumnavigation and then some. Additionally, she has been a dive instructor for over 12 years and has taught in some of the most remote locations in the world. She has a particular affection for sharks and loves being underwater. Rachel is fortunate to work alongside her husband, and together they love all things boats!
