Originally from Durban, South Africa, Mitch has spent the past two years working on large yachts around the world, building a strong foundation in deck operations and guest service. A natural waterman, Mitch is happiest in the ocean, whether assisting with watersports, diving as a certified PADI Rescue Diver, or chasing waves as a passionate surfer. He recently earned his Yacht master certification, further strengthening his seamanship as a deckhand. As a new addition to the Lady Beth crew, Mitch brings great energy and an easygoing, approachable nature, always keen to get involved and make sure guests have a fun and memorable time on the water.

Although he began his professional career in project management, the call of the ocean eventually proved too strong to ignore. In 2009, he made the move into yachting and has never looked back. Since then, Dave has earned his Master 3000GT Certificate of Competency and has navigated some of the world's most spectacular cruising grounds. He joined the Lady Beth team in May 2026 and thrives in the dynamic, fast-paced environment onboard. Whether assisting with watersports, planning adventures, or ensuring every aspect of the guest experience runs seamlessly, Dave is dedicated to making each day on the water memorable. When he's not at sea, Dave enjoys woodworking, spending quality time with his family, and dreaming up his next project. His passion for the ocean, approachable nature, and adventurous spirit make him a valued member of the Lady Beth team.

Angelique grew up in the beautiful coastal town of Plettenberg Bay in South Africa, known for its pristine Blue Flag beaches where her love for the ocean first began. With a background in the beauty industry as a qualified masseuse and nail technician, she naturally discovered her passion for hospitality and guest care. In her free time, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine on the beach or off exploring somewhere new. She loves her job and the crew, and she feels grateful for all the beautiful places Lady Beth takes her along this incredible journey. Angie is often the first friendly face guests see each morning. Known for her excellent barista skills, she takes pride in crafting the perfect coffee to start the day, alongside fresh smoothies and nutritious protein shakes tailored to guests' preferences. Her positive energy and attention to detail help set the tone for a wonderful day onboard.

Originally from Tampico, Mexico, Erick's maritime career has taken him across a wide range of vessels and industries. Before joining the yachting world in 2022, he built a strong foundation in commercial shipping, gaining experience aboard passenger ships, tugboats, and supply vessels. Since making the transition to yachting, he has worked on yachts ranging from 90 to 300 feet, developing a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of vessel operations. With a background in military education, Erick is known for his discipline, professionalism, and strong sense of responsibility. He takes great pride in his work and is always willing to go the extra mile, adding that extra "cherry on top" to ensure everything runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. When he's not in the engine room, Erick enjoys expressing his creative side through music. He spends his free time writing songs and playing both the guitar and keyboard.

Born and raised in the beautiful islands of Fiji, Captain Ned Fisher’s connection to the ocean began at an early age. Growing up surrounded by crystal-clear waters and world-class reefs, he developed a lifelong passion for the sea, adventure, and exploration that continues to define his career today. Ned began his maritime journey in 2009 working aboard cruise ships throughout the Pacific, gaining invaluable experience navigating diverse destinations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. In 2014, he transitioned into the yachting industry after completing his professional deckhand training in Australia. Joining the program that same year, he quickly established himself as a dedicated and highly capable crew member, steadily progressing through the ranks to earn his Master 3000 Captain's License. Having worked with the Owner's family since 2015, Ned has been an integral part of the program for over a decade. Prior to returning to Lady Beth as Rotational Captain, he commanded a 63-metre motor yacht, further expanding his operational expertise and leadership experience. His long-standing relationship with the vessel and family provides a level of continuity, trust, and knowledge that is invaluable to both guests and crew. Known for his calm demeanor, approachable personality, and unwavering commitment to safety, Captain Ned creates an atmosphere onboard that is both professional and relaxed. He takes great pride in delivering unforgettable charter experiences and loves introducing guests to everything life on the water has to offer from thrilling watersports and diving adventures to discovering secluded anchorages, pristine beaches, and hidden gems off the beaten path. Away from the bridge, Ned is a devoted family man and proud father of three energetic boys. He enjoys spending his time fishing with his family, staying active through fitness training and diving, and passing on his love of rugby to his sons. A talented athlete himself, Ned proudly represented Fiji on the international stage as a member of both the Fiji Schoolboys Under-18 National Rugby Team and later the Fiji Under-21 National Team. Much of his childhood was spent alongside his uncle aboard a shrimp fishing vessel, where his fascination with boats and marine life first began. Determined to turn that passion into a career, Ricardo attended nautical school and earned his qualification as a Naval Mechanical Engineer. Since 2016, he has worked as an engineer aboard a variety of vessels, building extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience while exploring waterways around the world. As Second Engineer aboard Lady Beth, Ricardo takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and crew alike. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for life at sea make him a valued member of the engineering team. When he's off duty, Ricardo enjoys spending time with his family aboard their boat, sailing the Mexican coastline & fishing.

However, after enduring one too many frigid winters, her unwavering love for the ocean beckoned her to join the yachting industry in 2006. With a genuine passion for snorkeling, diving, and all things aquatic, she remains enamored with life on the open seas . Bintu has gained experience aboard bustling charter vessels and expedition yachts, exploring both the Eastern and Western coasts of America, South and Central America, the Mediterranean, and the northern Arctic. Bintu's nautical journey saw her spending nearly four years as a dedicated crew member to Captain Tom aboard "Excellence." She now brims with enthusiasm as she becomes an integral part of the new vessel, Lady Beth. During her leisure moments, Bintu immerses herself in the pleasures of reading, exploration, and yoga, as a certified yoga instructor, 's ready to lead a class out on the deck. Captain Tom's vast expertise and experience as a charter captain, complemented by his inviting Southern charm, guarantee an unforgettable adventure for family and friends. Tom’s seafaring odyssey commenced when he took the helm as a search and rescue officer with the Coast Guard, safeguarding the waters of both Louisiana and the majestic West Coast of America. After 6 years of dedicated service with the Coast Guard, Captain Tom transitioned to the dynamic world of commercial shipping, navigating in and out of the Bayou. His amiable and entertaining personality naturally steered him toward a fulfilling career as a yacht captain. In this role, he skillfully navigated numerous trans-ocean passages and command over vessels voyaging from Alaska to Bermuda, Western Canada, Central America, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Cuba, and the enchanting Eastern and Western Mediterranean Sea.
