Elena was born and raised in beautiful Odessa, Ukraine, on the Black Sea coast. She spent her childhood by the sea and has found in yachting the perfect field to combine the ocean, her passion for travel, and her hospitality skills. Her career in hospitality began at the age of nineteen; since then, she has worked in five-star hotels and restaurants, spent seven years on cruise ships, and the last fifteen years on high-profile superyachts. She enjoys challenges and takes pride in providing excellent service, devoted to making your stay on board exclusive and unforgettable. In her free time, Elena enjoys being active while exploring the world and its different cultures.

Dan is from the UK, and his journey into yachting was not a straight line; he spent two years studying Economics at the University of Bath before realising that a more hands-on, adventurous lifestyle suited him far better. He has always been active, having played rugby all his life and was lucky enough to represent England at the Under 18 level. He also loves watersports, especially surfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking, all of which he has done since he was young. He plans on staying in yachting for a long time, as he finally feels as though he has found himself on the right path.

Juno is from the small town of Malvern in the West Midlands of the UK. She has been in yachting since 2022, working on both sailing and motor yachts. Juno has always been passionate about film, holding a degree in Acting, and loves to keep up to date with current and classic movies. She is also a keen boulderer, always aiming to find a climbing gym wherever there is an opportunity. Juno looks forward to bringing her unique blend of creativity, athleticism, and attentive service to ensure your time aboard is tailored perfectly to your preferences.

Paul grew up in Glasgow, Scotland, and began his career in the Merchant Navy, transporting natural gas around the world before moving into yachting. He has now been in yachting for five years and plans to continue in the industry for the foreseeable future. He enjoys working with a multinational crew, sampling the local cuisine in every destination, and providing a high level of service for guests. When he is not in the engine room, you will find him cooking up a storm in the kitchen, travelling, or on a ski slope.

Ben grew up in Buckinghamshire, England, where he raced dinghies and instructed scouts in sailing at his local lake. He has always had a passion for being on the water and knew he wanted to work at sea. After finishing school, he began his yachting career in 2021, working for liveaboard owners for over two years and maintaining the yacht in the Mediterranean year-round. Outside of work, Ben is a keen football fan and enjoys watching Manchester United. He also loves the outdoors, often going camping and hiking with his friends. Ben's operational experience and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset in delivering the highest standards aboard LADY BRITT.

Oscar is from Exmoor in England’s Southwest, a place that nurtured his love for adventure and the outdoors. Straight out of college, he set his sights on yachting and hasn’t looked back. When he’s not on board, you’ll find him surfing, racing mountain bikes, or freediving with a speargun in hand. A true waterman at heart, Oscar thrives on adrenaline and brings that same passion and energy to his work on deck.

Andrew has been in the yachting industry for the last 23 years, starting as a deckhand and working his way up to captain. He now holds his Master’s licence and is focused on gaining further experience to become a full-time Master of a vessel. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys reading and following Formula 1. When back in New Zealand, he plays ice hockey and indoor football, and, given the chance, goes skiing. For the last 30 years, he has also built radio-controlled model boats and planes from scratch, as well as 5” gauge steam trains.

Lisa is from Australia’s east coast and has spent her life in and around the world’s oceans: surfing, sailing, scuba diving, and exploring. She spent two years on a sabbatical working in ocean conservation with the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, the Waitt Foundation, and National Geographic. Previously, she worked with the Lady Britt team for five years and was delighted to return in 2021. She has been practising massage aboard yachts and ashore in beautiful locations since 2007 and loves her craft. Lisa is trained in many different bodywork modalities, including Kahuna, Zen Thai, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Swedish massage, as well as all of the Elemis spa treatments.
