Elena was born and raised in beautiful Odessa, Ukraine, on the Black Sea coast. She spent her childhood by the sea and has found in yachting the perfect field to combine her love for the ocean, passion for travel, and hospitality skills. Her career in hospitality began at the age of 19 working in five-star hotels and restaurants, spending seven years on cruise ships, and the last 15 years on high-profile superyachts. She enjoys challenges and takes pride in providing excellent service, devoted to making your stay on board exclusive and unforgettable. In her free time, Elena enjoys being active while exploring the world and its different cultures.

Clare hails from Devon in the southwest of England, where she grew up right beside the coast. With the sea on her doorstep, she has always dreamed of travelling the world and discovering new places. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, staying active, and reading. Above all, Clare has found that she thrives as part of a team, bringing genuine energy and a positive attitude to every crew dynamic. She believes that creating unforgettable guest experiences comes down to attentiveness, warmth, and anticipating needs before they're spoken. Her coastal upbringing, combined with a natural enthusiasm for helping others, makes her a perfect fit for yachting. Kyllian is a French chef with a passion for creating fresh, healthy, and flavourful cuisine inspired by Mediterranean and international influences. He enjoys cooking for others and takes pride in tailoring menus to suit each guest's preferences, creating a relaxed and memorable dining experience on board. Whether preparing meals for charter guests or hosting family and friends ashore, Kyllian brings the same energy, creativity, and attention to detail to every dish. His approachable nature and love of hospitality ensure that every meal is both enjoyable and thoughtfully crafted.

After finishing university and business school in 1990, Patrick took a year out to experience yachting and has remained in the industry ever since. He has worked on acclaimed Feadships including Rasselas, Barbara Jean, and Paraffin, visiting over 100 countries and completing a full globe circumnavigation. A Feadship captain since 2002, he was honoured to win the Blancpain Charter Captain of the Year award at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2006. He served as the Owner’s Representative during the final two and a half years of Lady Britt’s construction near Amsterdam and has worked with her owner since 2006. His sole aim is to ensure you have the very best holiday imaginable. With some guests returning up to twelve times, it seems to be working.

Kitty is from Wallingford, a charming town on the River Thames near Oxford, England. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, and exploring world cuisines. She maintains an active lifestyle through Pilates and strength training and brings the same energy and dedication to her work on board. Passionate about hospitality, Kitty takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and looks forward to welcoming guests aboard Lady Britt.

Daniel is from South Africa and grew up with a deep love for the outdoors. He feels most at home in the mountains, whether hiking, biking, or skiing, and he is always searching for the next trail or peak to explore. He also enjoys racket sports, football, and a good game of chess, and he never misses an opportunity to watch the sun rise or set. When he is not outdoors, Daniel appreciates simple pleasures like great food and good company. After finding his way into yachting, he finally feels as though he has discovered the right path. He plans to stay in the industry for a long time as he finally feels as though he has found himself on the right path.

Christian grew up South Africa in the city Pretoria and graduated high school there. His first experience at sea was fishing with his father on there fishing boat and ever since his love for the sea has grown and is also the reason why he is pursuing this career to one day become a Captain. In his free time at home he likes to read, surf, go fishing, hiking and play games like rugby or football on the beach. He is looking forward to a great summer season on board Lady Britt and all the places we will visit and fun activities we will be doing.
Brittney hails from Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, where the beach was her backyard and the ocean her first love. A qualified teacher, she is confident caring for children of all ages, both individually and in groups. Her specialty is the early years, particularly working with infants and toddlers. She transitioned into yachting to explore a new path and found that it perfectly combines her passion for people, her sense of adventure, and her love of hospitality. Brittney thrives in dynamic environments and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional guest service. Her warm and friendly demeanour puts everyone at ease, whether she is looking after little ones or welcoming adults onboard.

Lisa is from Australia’s east coast and has spent her life in and around the world’s oceans surfing, sailing, scuba diving, and exploring. She spent two years working in ocean conservation with the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, the Waitt Foundation, and National Geographic. Previously, she worked with the Lady Britt team for five years and was delighted to return in 2021. She has been practising massage aboard yachts and ashore in beautiful locations since 2007 and loves her craft. Lisa is trained in many different bodywork modalities, including Kahuna, Zen Thai, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, and Swedish massage, as well as all of the Elemis spa treatments. Originally from Oxford, England, Shaurya has had a long-standing passion for engineering and the maritime industry. He completed his Marine Engineering cadetship at Warsash Maritime School in Southampton, building a strong technical foundation and valuable hands-on experience. Outside of work, Shaurya leads an active lifestyle and has a keen interest in sports and fitness. He enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits, from diving to trail running, and thrives as part of an adventurous, team-oriented crew environment.
